Compramos un pack hotel + Warner y la Habitación que nos ofrecieron tenía humedad por todos lados ( paredes, puertas…) , se escucha todo el ruido de las habitaciones vecinas, se escapa todo el agua de la ducha,bastante fría la habitación , entraba luz de los focos del hotel. Por último la mala conservación del mobiliario…

Después de pasar dos noches e de decir habitaciones pequeñas para ser una habitación para dos adultos y dos niñas faltaba algo de limpieza en la habitación, las ventanas entraba todo el helor de la noche con la escarcha vamos que entraba agua por las ventanas. El servicio mejorable estando dentro de la habitación nos abrieron la puerta el personal de recepción ya que no sabían si estaba ocupada la habitación un poco raro la verdad. El hotel esta situado en un polígono que la verdad es tranquilo y a 25 minutos del Parque Warner. El bar Restaurante muy bien entra desayuno con café tostada bollería y zumo de naranja vamos que es un desayuno que vas sobradó. En definitiva se podría mejorar pero por el precio que tiene con el pack de la Warner Bros poco mas se puede pedir.

Nos alojamos una noche porque estaba cerca del lugar que queríamos visitar, y menos mal que solo ha sido una noche. Para empezar al entrar en la habitación había un fuerte olor a tabaco y humedad, cuando nos dijeron que no se podía fumar y de hecho tienen detector de humos en el techo...me pregunto, ¿funcionará? Seguimos con la pésima insonorización...escuchaba a la gente hablar en la calle, a los que caminaban por el pasillo y como no, a las habitaciones cercanas. Si a esto le sumamos que las camas eran incómodas y además hacían mucho ruido con apenas moverte...el descanso a sido muy escaso. Teniendo en cuenta que ha costado 99€ la noche sin desayuno, me parece caro y poco recomendable. Sigo con la opinión de su "restaurante": Pedimos una hamburguesa completa y un combinado de lomo y huevos (platos sin mucha elaboración y rápidos de hacer), la mayoría de las otras mesas ya estaban servidas y terminando de cenar, nosotros esperamos mas de 30 minutos para que nos sirvieran. Pensamos que luego por lo menos estaría rica la comida, pero para nada fue así...de las peores hamburguesa que he probado en tiempo.

Estaba todo mejor de lo que esperaba y tuvimos un problema que nos resplvieron sin ninguna pega. El servicio de recepcion 24 horas no podia haber sido mas amable y atento y la habitacion estaba muy bien

Las camas horribles, no pudimos dormir del ruido que hacían y los colchones todos hundidos. Muy mala experiencia, no volveré nunca ni lo aconsejaré a nadie, es un hotel con muchos años y sin reformar, pero lo peor de todo es que no cumplía una función básica que es el descanso...

¡Pésimo servicio, tened mucho cuidado! Nos dejamos en la habitación una bolsa con cuatro Funko Pop y otra con un peluche y una sudadera, todo con un valor de 140€ y cuando nos dimos cuenta a las horas llamamos y nos dijeron que ya estaba el huésped en la habitación y no le iban a molestar. Volvimos a llamar a la mañana siguiente y nos dijeron que el huésped seguía en la habíamos y que el personal de limpieza no estaba. Al cabo de las horas volvimos a llamar puesto que no recibíamos noticias y dijeron que no habían encontrado nada y con muy poca educación y poniendo en duda que yo hubiera llevado nada a la habitación les animo a mirar las cámaras. También diciendo que el personal de limpieza sale sin nada y después cuando hablamos con el director dice que sale con una bolsa negra. Además dicen que devuelven todo, hasta botes de gel y casualmente el que nos dejamos tampoco lo encuentran. Y ahora no se hacen responsables ni dan ninguna solución. ¡Vergonzoso!
