Hotel Hunchun X

It was my first time to visit Hunchun, Yanbian. I checked in on May 1st. The hotel was newly renovated. All the supplies were new and very clean. There were many types of breakfast. The hotel prepared Yanbian specialty buckwheat cold noodles as a gift. It was very thoughtful. It was a pleasant first day of the holiday. Everyone can rest assured to choose it. It must be a five-star praise

Stayed at the hotel for the second time in two weeks for transit between flights from Yanzi. The second time we checked into the same room as before - room 520. The hotel is no longer young, it used to be considered one of the most expensive in Hunchun, but now offers affordable prices. Our room was spacious and bright, although the furniture and carpet were in need of updating. They could probably use dry cleaning, but overall the room was clean and cleaned regularly - four out of five. We came in winter, and the room was pleasantly warm, although with a strong wind, cool air blew from the windows. The room had everything you needed: a kettle, mugs, tea, two bottles of water, a safe, a large bed (although we found it a bit hard), as well as a cozy seating area with an armchair, table and chairs. The TV was large, but, unfortunately, without Russian channels. But the Wi-Fi signal was excellent. In the bathroom we had a bath and shower, and were also provided with bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, shaving set, conditioner, soap, and shower cap. We even had an iron and ironing board at our disposal. For the money (2800 per night) we were pleased with the room, especially considering that the price included breakfast. The breakfast selection was not overwhelming in variety, but the main thing for us was that we could enjoy hot broth with a choice of noodles and delicious scrambled eggs. Hot dishes, salads and snacks were also available, although there were no pastries or desserts. Coffee was provided but it left a lot to be desired, while Lipton tea was ok. We definitely didn’t go hungry, because we could always find something to snack on. The hotel is located in an excellent location - at the very beginning of the shopping street, which makes it convenient to move around the city. Opposite the hotel there is a good restaurant "Beijing", and next to it there is a shop with a variety of small items, sweets and drinks. The check-in process was quick and without unnecessary complications. We checked in even earlier than usual, without any questions. Overall, we recommend this hotel - excellent value for money.

This hotel can be rated above 4.5. The location is very good and convenient. It should be partially newly renovated. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The room is very large. The bed in the standard room is also very large. The key is that the bedding is very good. The quilt is still a duvet. The mattress is moderately soft and hard. The pillow is slightly less elastic but not bad. The towels are not black. They are relatively new, thick and large enough to use. There is no peculiar smell in the room. The soft furnishings such as sofas are easy to get dirty, but it is understandable that they are not too dirty. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but they are enough to eat, but the fruit is not very fresh. The room is not cleaned carefully. There is residual garbage in the refrigerator and drawers, but the bed is very clean, and you can even smell a little disinfectant.
