Brilliant, the room airy and clean, very spacous, nice view over looking the lake and welcoming atmosphere up in the lake house restaurant. Tham the owner kindly upgraded my room, the villa was amongst the best I have ever stayed in. Bed very comfortable, with all mod cons and even an outdoor bath tub! I have stayed in Phong Nha quite a lot as I live nearby and can safley say Lake House is the best I have stayed so far. Thanks

A Tranquil Oasis with Exceptional Service The location was peaceful and serene, offering the perfect environment for unwinding. The room was beautifully updated with comfortable pillows and high-quality linen – it felt luxurious, not at all cheap. What really made this place stand out, though, was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. When I had my bag stolen on a bus, which contained my passport, the staff provided incredible support. They helped me navigate the process, offered translations, and assisted in every way possible to resolve the situation. I felt so well taken care of during a stressful time. I would definitely stay here again. The combination of a tranquil environment and exceptional service makes this place a standout!

The most perfect stay with the most perfect family! We couldn’t of wished for a better stay, the room was perfect - so clean, spacious and the private balcony made it feel that extra special! The pool was amazing and the views from your balcony and the pool area are incredible! There are no words good enough to describe the family who run this property. They are so kind, caring and extremely generous. Every morning they seem so happy to see you and every evening they ask how your day has been. Upon our departure we were kindly escorted up to the bus stop by the family but unfortunately, by accident, missed our bus. The next bus wasn’t due for another 12-14 hours and the family let us stay with them and have our room back for the day with no charge! They offered us lunch with their family too with no charge and again walked with us to the bus stop later that evening to make sure we were safe and to wish us goodbye. Just perfect all round.
