Too many people in the pool and it wasn’t clean. Restaurant & pool staff seemed like they didn’t know how to do their jobs. Bell staff was awesome!

The property and experience was great. Everyone was friendly. We got a VIP service with a bottle in our fridge. It was a wine which was amazing. Also staff was helpful walking distance from the beach. Everything was great.

This property is very, very beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous. The beds are absolutely wonderful. Those like you're sleeping on a cloud.

Loved everything really. The Beach view from our Studio Room overlooking the pool was perfect. Staff was great as well. Highly recommend it and look forward to coming back again.

Of course the Pacific Ocean beach itself is magnificent, but the Pasea is across a busy 6-lane beach roadway from the beach. And price-wise, I nearly fainted when I saw my bill, even though I knew the nightly price of the rooms. W-A-Y expensive restaurant prices, massage prices, tax-after-tax charge. (I might have to get a second job to pay off my credit card bill!)
