We welcome guests who respect our property, quiet hours, and our house rules. When inquiring, please let me know a little bit about your group and the reason for your visit. Things to consider before booking: 1) Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Violation of this rule will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. 2) Visitors who are not registered as guests are welcome during the day, but they cannot stay overnight without our prior approval. Please be aware that we have Ring cameras at both entrances for your safety and ours. We can see if additional guests arrive. 3) We want you to enjoy yourself at our home, but please be mindful of the noise levels at all times. Please keep the volume of music, TV, conversations, etc., at a reasonable level during the day and lower it after 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. 4) We love pets. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other pets at our property. Please do not bring any pets or animals to our home (service animals excluded) without our prior approval. If we find any evidence of pets or animals at our property, we will charge you an extra cleaning fee of $200. 5) We can’t stress this enough: This is a quiet neighborhood. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and get a good night sleep, this is the place. If you’re looking for a place to have a party this is not the home for you.
