Huntsville Hotels with Pools

My stay was ok. The breakfast was good. Coffee was available 24/7. The only complaint I have is the very thin window shade. Light shined directly in my face all night. I got very little if any sleep. That is a deal breaker for me.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and pleasant, especially the very nice lady at breakfast. The room was recently renovated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. My wife and I were there for the Lauren Daigle concert at the Orion Amphitheater. It is a close walk from the hotel, and definitely the way to go. The walk is a direct line, well lit, and there were plenty of other people around. After we got back to our room we noticed that 45 minutes later cars were still backed up, trying to leave the venue. This is now our place to stay in Huntsville!

We stayed here for one night, passing through on our USA tour. We really loved the place. Reception employee was very friendly at check-inn. They provided us with a litte gift bag (water and mints). Parking place are plenty and free. Location is not very central, but a 20-30 minute walk to downtown. You have to cross a big road, but do-able. Our room was very spacious, there is a room divider which separates the bed from the coach and desk. Coach can be opened to a spare bed. The bathroom is modern, toilet is a separate space. Small minor is the shower was leaking water, we mentioned it at check-out. Breakfast was nice, not too excessive. Overal; nice stay and we can recommend it. Enjoy your stay.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Deontay McDonald made our stay a breeze and helped us with all our needs the entire stay. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and knew all the activities the hotel and Bridgestreet had to offer. Will visit again and recommend to friends and family.

My stay at the Drury Inn & Suites Huntsville was wonderful. Check-in was simple and easy, and the room was very nice and spacious. We didn't get to take advantage of the nightly events, but we did get breakfast each morning, which was very good! The facilities were nice and the hotel has lots of parking available. It's close to a lot of activities, restaurants and shopping such as, the Space and Rocket Center and Bridge Street Town Centre. There is a nice area with snacks, water and sodas with a self-checkout area, as well as an ATM. We will definitely stay here again!

Our second stay here. The last time, we had problems at check-in and had to wait for our room, despite checking in online well ahead or arrival. Excuse at that time was that they didn't anticipate so many bookings on New Year's Eve. We didn't understand that, as that is a special evening where a lot of people go out to celebrate and reserve a hotel room. Especially in an area where this Element is located (tourist location, lots of restaurants, a place where people go for special occasions, etc.). We thought that maybe that experience could be chalked up to low staffing and the holiday, so we decided to book again. The check-in experience was MUCH WORSE than last time ! As before, we checked in online 2 days ahead of time. We actually arrived one hour later than our scheduled arrival time. Our room was STILL not ready, along with those of a lot of other disgruntled customers still waiting in the lobby. Excuses from front desk personnel were inconsistent, with some saying that the hotel was ”overbooked” (you have a set number of rooms - how can that be ?) Some customers waited over an hour. After waiting almost 45 minutes, I had to call Bonvoy Customer Service to get any resolution, and only then were we quickly told that a room was ready. The room could've been cleaner and the food offerings at the hotel could've been better, but we could've overlooked some of that, had we not had to endure such mis-management of the check-in process. This hotel is in a great location, and holds such [promise. But, we are not eager to return, unless these management issues are resolved.

Facilities The room uses an old-fashioned switch and uses a bathtub for showering. The facilities are average. The shower gel is like water and has no effect. Breakfast The included breakfast is very rich and can be ordered. A more complicated breakfast will take a lot of time. Because it is a single-order system, you need to pay a tip. It is not very cost-effective for business trips. Location The hotel has free parking, is close to the business district, and is not far from the ROCKET CENTER. The location is not bad. The hotel is full of black waiters, with a good attitude and enthusiasm. This is worth a thumbs up

I enjoyed my stay there and will be back again soon .. the breakfast was good , the pool was fun and clean , the rooms were clean and so comfortable.. I rested so good and it was peaceful!! Great hotel

The hotel is very good, the doors are in the corridor, the corridors are open air, not the closed type, there are cookies at night, the breakfast is very simple American, but it is also good, after all, the price is here.
