第一次對一個“酒店”這麼無語。1、酒店環境：住在4層無電梯，行李自己搬上去的2、屋內環境：一進屋一股廁所臭味，整宿都開着排風，頂子是壞的、屋內頂子掉牆皮、電視小的可憐，一次性鞋就照片這樣、衞生間地漏被頭髮堵的不滲水，我帶着口罩用東西捅了半天也不行，我的胃比較潛，沒拍那兒。3、環境噪聲：隔音極差，隨便一個屋子開關門都能聽的清清楚楚，剛一住進去就聽到隔壁房間打麻將的聲音，一屋子好多人嗷嗷叫，一直叫到凌晨一點多。中途給店家打了兩次電話，問能不能換房，回答説沒房可換，我説那能不能制止一下，這樣怎麼休息睡覺，店家第一次説跟對方説了，我也不知道是怎麼説了，吵得更歡了，第二次我又問店家，回答説他們是當地人，自己也管不了，要不給你們退房。大半夜12點的附近一家住宿空房都沒有，一宿都沒怎麼休息。4、説説價格：就這樣一間標間400多塊，還不如頭一天住大同錦江之星，條件比這好太多了，才200。5、唯一可以説説的就是服務了，態度還好。其它的真不敢恭維。真的太拉低山西渾源的形象了。

服務態度很好，環境也比較乾淨，洗澡熱水也充足，就是晚上對面有打麻將的，那叫一個吵，四樓房間太不隔音。
