The room was full of grown-up rotten socks, melon seeds, empty bottles, and all kinds of hair stains. This was the most incredible room I have ever stayed in. I called the front desk to explain the situation and gave me a pile of sheets and quilt covers for me to change. Please take a look. It’s better to be fooled than other hotels with more than 100 yuan. It’s so rubbish.

真是連拍照都懶得拍了 房間有一股發潮的捂巴味兒 都浸在地毯裏 消散不去 酒店好像就2個吹風機 所有住店的人都要預約使用 我的房間更奇葩 沒有電視遙控器 打了前台電話 等了一夜 第二天退房的時候也沒給我送上來 我爸媽的房間更逗 空調遙控器沒電池 打了3個電話才給送上來 服務員有點不耐煩了 嫌我煩可能是 我住的樓層 有足球隊的孩子 半夜滿走廊跑跳喊 酒店沒人出來制止 總之 不推薦 不推薦 不推薦 這環境 設施 服務 對不起這價格 除了地段好點 別的一無是處 希望對大家有用 不信邪的 就過來體驗

衞生是真的差，入住的時候衞生間都沒打掃，還有上一任旅客用過的毛巾，簌口被子的底下臟東西都爆漿了，跟前台反應，請求換一間房子，前台直接説，沒房間，

房間不錯，價格公道。周邊吃飯方便，酒吧挺多，熱鬧，但是房間不吵。二樓沐足。距離霍爾果斯國際車站大約15分鐘車程。下次還來。

房間電視關不了，打電話給總枱答覆説讓男保安上來，我們兩個女士住要求總枱女服務員來看，答覆説總枱不能離開人！男保安來房間不敲門直接用房卡開門，折騰半天還是讓總枱上來依舊關不了，説拿布蓋上電視湊合一晚，，，，，，，，最後還是我們自己找到了電源關閉！#衞生桌面灰塵#服務打電話給總枱

衞生太差，服務太差，設施差，當時訂購293大床，一點都不值。感覺房間除了換了床單。別的一切沒打掃，門鎖也是壞的，跟服務員反應，迴應我們的是放心我們有監控東西不會丟，床頭一層灰，訂了3個房間裏都沒多少紙巾，問前台拿，前台讓我們一小包紙巾3個房間分着用，真心無語。後來者慎重！！！
