Very clean and fairly modern hotel. Nice spacious rooms with big comfortable beds.
No door for the shower and a blocked drain caused the entire bathroom to flood.
Breakfast was very basic. Even my Chinese friend who was travelling complained of the lack of choices. Just cold fried vegetables. No coffee/water/juice.
Check in staff had no idea how to check foreigners in. To save time she gave us the key and said go straight up and relax, which was nice. We came down a few hours later and she was still processing the info. We said we will come back the next morning at check out to collect to give them more time. The next morning at check out she couldn’t give us our passports back because she was still checking us in! We had to wait for her to still process the passport. 12+ hours after initially checking in.

距離步行街15分鐘路程，很近。周邊有商店，理髮店，飯店，燒烤，火鍋。可選擇性很多。房間很乾凈，前台服務很好。

房間乾淨整潔，客服態度好，去口岸衹有1.7公里，購物轉商超很方便。
缺點是夜裡1點多鐘還能聽見歌聲。早歺比較簡單

門前可以停車，距離霍爾果斯國門打車六塊錢。門口有早餐店，吃飯方便，味道還可以，價錢便宜。就是哈薩克斯坦那邊過來的大車司機比較多，稍微有點鬧。其他都還好。在霍爾果斯這種地方，算是最方便的了吧！好評！

有黴味，空氣不好，地板走路嘰嘰哇哇的，不好地板！辦理業務太差太慢，沒有培訓！吃早餐要十元，難吃死了，五元都不會吃的！周圍環境特差，這貴的酒店難吃的東西，環境差，看一下餐廳飯菜都不想吃了，還收十元？周圍環境很差，找不到像樣的商店，一直修路很亂！

酒店門口正在施工，有點臟亂，停車位少，停車不方便，酒店內倒是寬敞明亮，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，早餐也不錯，離老國門很近，如果不是施工，倒是一家不錯的酒店。
