真沒想到攜程居然刪評論。
和酒店説好延遲到2點退房，早上長者留在房間休息，我們帶着孩子出去玩。回來以後酒店前台告知我們房卡被取消了，進出要聯繫工作人員。還好這期間長者沒有出房間，否則他們可能不知道怎麼處理。
這麼多年第一次遇到這樣的操作。更沒想到的是，之前兩個房間衹評論了一個，結果那個評論被刪除了，真是服了。差就改進服務，光控評論有什麼用，差還是差。

酒店位置極佳，鄰近景區，停車方便，對面就是特產一條街，小吃燒烤應有盡有；服務周到，酒店也秉承全季酒店一貫的服務理念和風格，前台美女熱情待客，給人家的温暖；酒店居住舒適，設施完善，乾淨整潔，早餐一如既往的豐盛（要是有當地特產小吃就更好了）。有機會還會入駐的。

首先這家全季是我住那麼多次唯一一次， 服務態度不好的， 前台工作人員建議可以再次篩選培訓一下 ，有一説一環境衞生包括剛開始到酒店辦理入免費升級都非常愉快，第一晚我們大概吃過晚飯11點左右到達前台我們同行6人都是金會員，就詢問是否可以有免費的早餐，前台人員説訂單選擇有早餐沒有就沒有，確實我們沒選擇帶有早餐的，就上樓休息，在早上我就看華住會我們是享有早餐的去前台問了，才説我們可以享有早餐，那晚上的態度跟語氣是什麼意思呢？我並沒有接受所謂的免費早餐而是自己在華住會app兑換的早餐券。前台人員還追我到早餐門口問我在哪買的？我兑換後拿給她看的我才去的早餐門口，第二天繼續吃早餐，在早餐門口驗房卡的服務人員，那麼多人都不強調唯獨強調我的房間，請問禮貌嗎？我就問咋了？我進入後不想讓她覺得我們吃不起這所謂的早餐拿着兑換券繼續讓她驗掉。三天兩晚兩頓早餐裏沒見到酸奶，還讓我覺得全季掉檔了？希望好好整改一下吧，所有的細節如下

非常滿意的入住體驗，附近去哪兒都比較方便，離景區也就10分鐘的車程，房間內設施齊全，空間很大很乾凈，這次是來漂流的，行程上比較趕，就沒有吃早餐了，下次來一定好好體驗一下～前台小姐姐服務很熱情，小哥哥也很不錯，值得推薦！！

去霍山大峽谷漂流，晚上在當地留宿一夜。最初準備選擇品質比較好的民宿，最終還是擔心民宿的衞生狀況而選擇了靠譜的全季。標準化管理，衞生不會差到哪裡去。入住後，確實超出預期，小愛智能化家居管理，訂的是含兩人餐的商務大床房，孩子早餐免費。早餐雖然選擇不多，但該有的也都有：咖啡、牛奶、麥片、稀飯、現煮的麪條、餛飩、炒飯、炒麪、各式爽口小炒、麪包、甜品……牛肉麪出乎意料的好吃，牛肉也超多。下次過去玩還會選擇全季的~
