Big room but no elevator to access it. Bed too soft.
Repetitive food, lack of cutlery for desserts.
Drink ok, ideal for those who like to drink at will.
Friendly staff.
Hotel too far from Hurghada.

The hotel is rubbish, with loud music at night until 12 o'clock. The worst thing is that the front desk had a bad attitude from the beginning when we left. It took a long time to check out and then they said we stole his hangers. We stayed for two days and didn't even open the closet. How could I come from China to steal your hangers? Very nice set up. Not very hygienic. It's not nice that the cats that walk around there and are not allowed to be adopted, because they are so nice to the guests, are not cared for and walk around there with felted fur. Furthermore, a lot of salesman talk and also not honest answers. Food was okay. Besides the salespeople, the staff was very friendly.

Very nice resort. Rooms are very Flinston times which is very unique. Lots of choices when is coming to food and drinks. The towel guys are very nice and supportive. Animations team is amazing [Kiko is very happy guy and gymnastics in thr water] I do recommend this resort for family and friends

Probably the worst experience I have ever had! Hospitality inexistent! Food is the cheapest quality you can get! The room is extremely full of dust, so if you have allergies or asthma AVOID! Basically an hotel like that in UK would be forced to close down!
