The apartment was clean and spacious. The sofa bed was ok for the younger side whereas extra single bed was placed in the lounge for the older child.
Its up on a hill so might not be ideal for limited mobility.
Staff was helpfull.
Only stayed a night, local shopping street nearby around 15 minutes walking distance.

The hotel is great!. My friend and I were there. It was our first time in Egypt. We felt very safe in the hotel!!!. The staff is polite and courteous. There is their own beach, free entry. There is a comfortable terrace - a restaurant on the beach, also very well maintained and beautiful. You can order breakfasts, lunches, drinks. You can also order food to the hotel. The room is cleaned a little every evening. The room has a lot of towels, soap, internet, taxi call. We were there from January 14-18, 2025. The weather was a little windy.

It was already late when we got back to Hurghada. We found a place to stay with a friend. There were two rooms for the two of us, but the facilities inside the house were not complete. There was no hair dryer or laundry detergent (we used shampoo instead).

The hot water ran out halfway through the shower. This may be because the water heater has a small capacity and cannot supply two people with water. It is recommended to wait for a while before the second person takes a shower, otherwise it will be embarrassing if the water gets colder and colder.

Another great stay at the Lilly Service amazing staff so good from housekeeping,reception and pool . Always clean and accomodating.Towel changed daily beds done when needed. Management are excellent . Keep up the great work and thank you. I will only stay here it has everything I need home from home. Truly great atmosphere. Angela

We had two very nice weeks in lilly Apartments. Panorama room is so clean and comfortable there is nothing missing in the room all what you need you will find it. Roof top and the view are amazing and staff really is very friendly wherever you are specially the front office manager Mr.Ahmed momen and all reception staff so good specially khaled and this man work night shift ,they are really so nice and always helpful,there smile and lovely face the main reason to like this hotel and honestly all Service is top, staff all was perfect. Can't wait to come agine .
