A very good hotel, the food was excellent, and the facilities for visiting attractions were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Lost of money and time
Worst experience in hurghada ever
1. reception are impolite, liers and very aggressive… always pushing and impolite short answers for example, I called them to ask for a golf car to go to aqua which is normal in the hotel, he told me that all aqua parks are closed now while all of them still working for 1 hour after that
2. Umbrellas on the sea are very small and very poor, so it’s not doing any protection from the sun
3. Stress stress stress always pushing not talking
4. Food is less than ok, it’s not tasty and material is very poor, for example, they use the pre-packed burger not fresh meat
5. No fresh juice in the breakfast only unknown brand packs
6. No water bottles allowed only small cups of water
7. I went to another hotel in hurghada after that and the gap was really huge
