I booked a superior room with sea view for three nights, and was given a room in the corner of the second floor. The view from the balcony was blocked, and I could hardly see the sea... I immediately went to the front desk to change the room that day, but the front desk said that the room was full and asked me to change it the next day... The next day, after many communications between the platform and the hotel, I was finally given a room on the fifth floor, but the view was still not that wide, and I could not see the sunrise from the balcony! I met other Chinese people in the hotel, and they also encountered this situation. There are many rooms on the first floor of this hotel, but there are only a few rooms with a wide view. The balconies of many rooms are small, and the rooms on both sides are particularly noisy! The all-inclusive three meals are really worry-free, and the meals are also changed every day, and the taste is not bad. There is a swimming pool and a snorkeling area in the hotel. Except for the room problem, everything else is very satisfactory

If the score is 5, I give it 4.8. I deducted 0.1 point because there are only two elevators in the whole hotel. Another point is that the front desk is really dull. I don’t know what the stupid people are doing. Other things are good. The staff are very enthusiastic, whether by the pool or in the restaurant. The hotel guests are mainly European elderly groups. It’s basically a farmhouse. But this price includes three meals and faces the Red Sea, which is good.

The service and hardware are great. Other guests are also very friendly, but there are very few Chinese people.

You must ask to see the room when checking in. They will arrange rooms that are not suitable for Chinese people, especially the rooms on the left side of the hotel are close to the boiler room. It is very noisy and the noise is very loud at night.
