Worst hotel , un polite stuff and un professional way of communication , they don't respect guests , worst treatment at all from the management. Never come back very very very bad accommodation ever..

Thank you Nefertiti Bella Rose Aquapark for the wonderful atmosphere and service. We had an amazing time here and enjoyed our stay in Hurghada. The room was modern and clean..I really liked the renovated bathroom and the food (buffet) was great. Thank you Mr. Ahmed Sharkway for your kindness and for doing your best to please everyone.

It is very bad and I do not recommend it completely, it is not clean, and on the day of our arrival there was no beach due to the tides, according to the hotel management. The rooms are very bad and all mosquitoes we could not sleep completely. Very bad hotel and very dirty, I do not recommend it to anyone.

اكل ماشى الحال المياه بتقطع كتيير النظافة مش تمام كاميرات مراقبة داخل حمامات الغرف تحت الحوض بتبص على اللى قاعد على التواليت واللى بياخد شور ليه فى الحمام مش عارف وفى الغرف من الداخل على السراير والله العظيم الاكوا كويس ممتع ولكن يجب عمل اسانسير

حقيقي والله وعن تجربة لمدة يومين لا انصح بها اى أحد اسوء مكان فى النظافة والتعامل ولا فيه مايه ولا اى اهتمام بالتنظيف للغرف والتكيفات مش بتجيب حتى هوا والناموس فى كل مكان حرفياً دا غير الاضاءة المعدومة دا فى اماكن عامه فيها اهتمام عن كدا مافيش اي نزلاء بسبب الاهماال
