the location was good overall but the main part was quite far away, uber is cheap so it’s not that big of a deal. the room was extremely nice and clean and had a lot of amenities available.

The room is very new, the lights are bright, and everything is complete, especially the kitchen utensils. It is an apartment-style hotel. It is more convenient to make your own food. There is also a dining table. But because it is too new, the bedroom will have some paint smell. The hotel butler's service was very good. When the car we requested couldn't find the location, he immediately came out to help us communicate. The location of the hotel is a bit remote. Because it is very new, some taxis cannot find the location of the hotel.

Disliked ·Everything, We did not have any hot water for 19 days. The wifi was little to none. The apartment was filthy with mould and mildew everywhere. Dust was on everything; no oven, no washing machine , no breakfast and no hot tub as falsely advertised. The garden view is a rundown neighbourhood with litter everywhere. There are wild street dogs that bark all night keeping you awake. The hallway has rubbish overflowing and the odour is extremely bad. This is by far the filthiest run most disgusting place we have ever stayed. If this was in Europe the health department would close them down. My advice is to stay away from this dirty old rundown disgusting apartment hotel with no hot water. Some fools are giving Kite Lodging a good review. They obviously need to have their eyes examined or they come from a filthy environment and can tolerate these conditions. Believe me, Kite Lodging is exactly as I have described in my review just look at the pictures that I posted

Absolutely perfect for a vacation of you stay in hurgahda. Clean and comfortable rooms , quiet , comfortable beds . Thanks to the doorman/ chairman , really perfect service. Also the location is really nice. Short way to mamsha or sheraton, close to the beach

Loved this place, really helpful management and terrific value. Stayed there either end of a diving holiday. Clean and spacious little apartments with kitchen, bathroom, balcony, bedroom and living room. Also liked that it felt egyptian, I'm not a big fan of large generic hotels either for their cost or ambience.

When you enter the room, you'll find the dirtiest walls you've ever seen in your life, the linen and towels had hairs on them and didn't look changed, the pillows yellowed and stained. The hob is extremely dirty and the hood above it full of dirt and unclean. You won't find a corner in the room that isn't dirty or stained. The bathroom is a disaster with a VERY small tub and the whole bathroom very dirty. In my opinion, this location needs an urgent renovation. Breakfast is a bad joke Regarding your answer on Booking: I paid what you asked for, you have to offer what you promise. Regardless of the asking price, cleaning is not optional. I didn't blame you for the lack of a washing machine and other facilities, but the cleaning must be done. Continental breakfast means more than old and heated boiled eggs
