The sheets and pillowcases were seriously pilled. I asked someone to change them but they still stayed the same. They felt very gritty when I slept on them. The air conditioner made a loud noise. I wanted to change rooms. The service staff told me that every room was like this. I even smiled embarrassedly. It was difficult to eat. The food is terrible and the room is very small. This is the worst hotel in Egypt during this trip.

Friendly staff and friendly. They solve any problem immediately. Good food, and if someone doesn't like it, they can go to the ala carte, choosing from 4 restaurants. The beach is slow and azure, you can go at low tide 12.30-3.40 local time, in the distance you can also snorkel from the pier. This hotel is fabulous! It may not quite be five star by UK comparisons, but nothing is in Egypt. On arriving we were put in a two bedroom suite, this wasn’t very nice so we asked to move. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and put us in two newer rooms nearer the beach. These were very spacious, clean and comfortable. I’ve not slept so well in a long time! The pools are great, one is heated and the others aren’t, but all are clean and lovely to swim in. The water park is also a big hit for children and teenagers. The private beach is stunning, as is the sea. Don’t forget your snorkel as that is a must! Lots of jelly fish but they are the harmless type, so nothing to worry about at all. The food is reasonable, nothing amazing but plenty to eat and lots of choice. The a la Carte restaurants are great, but you must book early each day to get in. We enjoyed the Moroccan one the most. The best thing about this hotel is by far the staff. They are all so friendly and helpful, they really make your holiday special. Derby is one of the most attentive and kindest waiters you’ll find anywhere, he helps by the pools. He can’t do enough to help you! Equally the manager really helped us when we needed a late check out due to a poorly child. The housekeeping were also fabulous and our rooms were spotless everyday! We will definitely be returning again!

amazing hotel! really liked the exterior, lots of greenery, beautiful beach and pool area. great animation team, lots of different activities from yoga to night parties. i have never seen something like this before. Very friendly staff. I managed to talk to many employees, everyone was very polite and kind.

Great hotel , grate and very helpful staff specialy in Reception Azmi (lovley person) the beat staff in the Bar as well. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely go there again. If you are looking for a nice hotel in Egypt, don't hesitate.

I would like to recommend the hotel it’s in quite area away from city with fantastic atmosphere coral reefs in the sea which help you to enjoy snorkelling about the hotel it’s nice good service huge aqua park w warm swimming pool very nice garden rooms is clean and well renovated all in all they offer good level of hospitality.
