The hotel accommodation is bad dirty people are rude I have all inclusive the food looks like in prison oven I cannot eat break fest terrible.avoid that hotel very poor just location is good. food outside the hotel is ok i don’t have nothing more to say about hotel because was vary bad experience i try be out from hotel all my days.

Worst place ever ... Not even a 1 star hotel ... Room is so outdated and disgusting wasn't clean at all ... Wifi only in the lobby and cats everywhere .. Food was not good .. To be fair staff was nice and helpful otherwise it really was bad experience

Hotel is beautiful my room was great right on the beach staff are amazing and very helpful they keep the place clean and tidy has a restaurant on the sea front which is so good a salon spa doctor a gym shops and shops right at front door you are right on the main shopping promenade. Down side is the all-inclusive food and drinks they could definitely be better. This is the main thing that needs looked at. 3 of us where sick for 3 days of holiday. Hotel for me would be better just for couples who like to go on trips or shopping. Entertainment was good but no kids club or anything like that during the day only things for kids is waterslides and baby pool. Entertainment on beach for adults is great the water aerobics and yoga. Not many British people go to this hotel only myself and one other where English. And when you go out to main promenade they make sure you know. No English in this hotel. None the less my over all experience was amazing and I would go back.

Not so nice like on the promo photos :( The pools were dirty and broken. Food was samewhole week - chicken, rice and potatoes. Room ok, but the blankets and pillows were dirty...whole hotel smells like cats (they are everywhere)... The best thing here were people working in hotel. The beach was very small and boats parked here...We choose it for holiday with son, but it wasnd good, I am sorry...

Where to begin..... we arrived to this hotel late at night, got put into our room, was a complete catfish to what was advertised online which we was not happy about, the reception team were accommodating to finding us another room (which was kind of them) even though we looked around 5 rooms we settled for the best out of the bunch, the bathroom was tiny, the shower was so small (that is what let the room down in the end) The 'all inclusive' drinks were terrible, you got served with the smallest cup I have ever seen, was not worth the money for all inclusive. The food was inedible ( we ate out every night at the marina, was lovely) At breakfast we did have an omelette cooked fresh which was the only thing we ate at the hotel. The pool in the hotel was shocking, the lining of the pool was completely destroyed so we did not feel comfortable using it, luckily they had an amazing private beach which we used every day, We ended up eating and drinking at the beach bar as was cheap, nice food and the staff there were lovely. The beach area is amazing that is one bit I cant fault. Cleaners were lacking on giving us towels, we had to ask for towels some days, The towels were also dirty on some occasions, did feel uncomfortable as a women on one occasion with a cleaner in the hotel room, was not a great experience. The hot water shut off one night about 8PM and we got told that they turn it off?!?!? We was not happy as we was getting ready to go out, don't think they should control what time people can have a shower!!! On a couple occasions we did come back to the room after a day at the beach and our room hadn't been cleaned, not an awful issue but we had no clean towels. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel, was not awfulllll but i would not come back

We were disappointed from the time we arrived as they put us in an “upgraded” room which was very dirty, I don’t think they changed the sheets from the previous guests, they were dirty with stains and hairs, the towels were stained and discoloured.. The floor was dirty and very worn and the shower didn’t work. The walls and curtains were dirty too. I viewed various rooms which were all in poor condition so eventually we settled, although we weren’t impressed. Everything was worn, the linen was stained, the floor was dirty, the bath was dirty, there was no running water until 10pm the following day, the water was cold, when it worked. The food wasn’t great (apart from the desserts) they served the same food everyday so we had to eat outside of the hotel a few times. Do not stay here if you want to enjoy your holiday! Our Christmas was ruined :(
