Very satisfactory hotel, the service is timely and in place. I was not very satisfied with the location of the sea view room I booked, so after some communication, I upgraded to a pool room. The beach is beautiful with its own beach and two public swimming pools. Mostar, the butler, was enthusiastic and attentive. He took us to watch the sunset on the second afternoon of our stay. The hotel also prepared wine, drinks and snacks. There was a free aperitif with live music on Monday night. The breakfast and dinner were rich. The oil massage was great, the masseuse was Thai. Super high value for money, worth coming again!

A woman at the front desk said that we had two pieces of luggage and needed to pay a luggage fee of 1,000 Egyptian pounds. I was too lazy to bother and just paid. The sea view suite we booked took us to a room type that was not in a good location. I said that this was not the room type we booked, but ** was adamant and said that this was it. Finally, we asked Ctrip customer service to change us to the originally booked room type. The scenery was beautiful, but The experience is too bad.
