房間進去池子裏上一個客人牙膏還有呢，花灑也是壞的，反正挺一般的基本上都是歐洲人，早餐沒起來沒有也沒吃，位置不在赫爾格達市，周邊還是很荒涼，沒有發展好

非常滿意的酒店，服務及时到位。訂的海景房位置不是特別滿意，反應溝通後升級到泳池房。海灘很美有酒店獨有沙滩，二個公共泳池。Mostar 管家熱情細致，入住第二天下午帶我們看日落酒店還备了酒飲料及小食，周一晚上還提供免費餐前酒会有現場演奏，早晚餐都丰富。精油按摩很棒，泰籍按摩师。超高信价比，值得再来！

想玩赫爾格達的朋友一定不要住這裏，特別遠，這是另一個城市。入住當天眼看着行李箱從酒店接駁車上摔了下去，小哥説不是他摔的。房間很破，衞生間門把手都壞的，根本不值3000塊錢，國內就是幾百塊錢的水平。

前台一個**説我們有兩件行李，需要交一千埃鎊行李費用，當時懶得糾纏就付了。預訂的海景套房，帶我們到酒店位置不太好的房型，我表示預訂房型不是這個，**態度強硬表示就是這，最後找攜程客服才給我們換到最初始預訂房型，風景很美，但體驗感太差了。當晚被埃及毒蚊蟲咬22個包，快一個月還沒恢復。
