酒店的設施一應俱全，無論是餐廳、娛樂還是休閑，都讓人感到十分便利。特別是對於帶娃的家庭來説，這裏的一切都顯得那麼貼心。服務人員的態度讓我印象深刻，他們不僅對孩子充滿了熱情，還會時不時地逗弄孩子，讓孩子們笑聲不斷。
可能是因為季節的原因，最近酒店的人並不多，這讓整個環境顯得更加寧靜和舒適。我們在這裏住了三晚，每一晚都有不同的體驗。更令人驚喜的是，除了我們一家外，其他住客幾乎都是外國人，這讓我們的旅程增添了一份新鮮感。
最讓我滿意的是酒店可以直接通往海灘，這讓我們省去了額外的時間和精力去尋找海邊的樂趣。

訂之前看到了一些關於酒店區別對待的評價還蠻擔心，但是入住後整體覺得超乎預期。
1.最開始房間空調壞了，修了兩天還沒修好，我們申請了換房，酒店很快速的響應並且給換了房間。後來我們遇到酒店的工作人員，還在熱情的問我們空調是否修好。
2.因為臨時的行程變動，和酒店溝通了是否可以退一晚房錢，酒店也非常配合的退了費，也感謝攜程的客服可以辛苦的跟進。
當然也有美中不足的地方：
1.不知道是不是這個季節的原因，酒店蚊子巨巨巨巨巨多！特別是近期有出行計劃的話，一定要帶好防蚊相關物品！當然也可以找housekeeping提供驅蚊水。我家孩子第一晚上光臉上就被咬了16口，兩衹手也都被咬腫了（我們還打了半宿蚊子，打死了5隻！）。
2.我們訂的三餐全包，可能長期在阿聯酋生活久了，對白人飯也稍微有了些適應，但其實吃到第三天的時候也實在吃不動了。所以中國胃可以選兩餐，適當出去吃點兒海鮮調劑下（酒店全包沒有海
鮮）。
總體來説還算可以，娃也玩兒的很開心

前台服務很熱情，酒店可以看到一半沙漠一半海，酒店很大，泳池也很大，景觀有海引入酒店跟泳池連城一片的造景，環境超級好，而且玩的設施很多，最主要餐廳好幾個，還有中國餐廳，餐廳裡頭還有中國人，這個酒店對中國人超級熱情～
