there were some services I was amazed of like a person coming with you with a signaling stick when you want to cross the street in front of the resort so that cars would be aware and reduce the speed in time and providing refreshing towels at the pool. Everything else was amazing, nice people with a good attitude. What they can do as improvement is to replace the slower gel and the shampoo as the current products are not suitable for a 5 star hotel.

I was so impressed by this hotel. It is best to go all-inclusive. The dive Shop on site is a paddy five star and really good. The instructors and dive master is very experienced and the boats good quality.
They were full so put us in twin smoking room where we had booked king-size double non-smoking and they upgraded us to a suite.
The food was excellent the variety and quality very good and the staff excellent, very attentive. And everybody was happy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm. I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. Thank you very much.
The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden. It's a pity that I didn't have much time to experience other facilities in the hotel.
