Rooms well laid out & clean. Beds firm. Shower has good water pressure & bathrooms good size. A bed side light would have been appreciated, rather than having to get out of bed to switch light off.
Lovely from balcony.
Had breakfast included but ate out of the hotel evenings & therefore can't comment on dinner.
Breakfast was 10/10, great variety, well cooked, well presented & very tasty.
All the staff we met were friendly, attentive, efficient & professional from Reception to House Keeping & everyone in between.

Omg it was sooo super amazing.Highly recommended. Great value of price and amazing sea marina view will make ur stay extra special. Bishoy was soooo kind friendly and helpful which made me consider to stay there for my next trip. Mahmood one of the best staff for sure aswell. Overall it is absolutely amazing. Who ever reading this review just go for it without any hesitation u won't regret😊

The space is very large, but pay attention to the tipping situation. Prepare change in advance. Tips are required for helping carry luggage and so on. And the lion has a big mouth, and the opening of the mouth is five knives, but you can chop slowly and prepare the change.

Hotel well located near the marina but unfortunately very noisy. The reception is not the most friendly, the staff tells you yes, does not understand what you are saying, we waited a very long time to have rooms, I did not have the one I was supposed to have.

Hotel location is great. The employees are beyond amazing. Don't buy a tour from the hotel, though. Whatever we wanted, they immediately took care of us. There are very stylish restaurants in the marina. Tour boats also depart right in front of it. We were very pleased as a family.

選了家庭套房，好處是周邊配套設施比較全，面積比較大。很少打分，尤其是這種低分，原因是我們被欺騙的經歷全發生在這家酒店及周邊餐廳（把國人當作人傻錢多的主）。在餐廳吃了兩次早餐，那個工作人員欺騙了我們兩次，酒店前台和經理看似在妥善解決，但實際上也衹是讓人息事寧人，那個服務員絕對還會在那工作，大家小心。真誠建議，如果防範意識比較弱，或是臉皮很薄的人，或是英語相對弱的人，不要在這裏住。現在附上完整經過，大家自行判斷：
第一回：我們訂的房間不含早（事實證明自己去吃能省很多錢，如果服務員不坑人的話）。這個酒店餐飲菜單上不標價，所以我對價格並無概念。第一次，我們點了2杯飲品加一籃麪包應該還好。但買單時賬單上寫着375.E，點號不明顯，同伴看成3752，所以很詫異地問了好幾遍“three thousands！？”，服務員一直説“yes”，表情也很嚴肅（可見並非玩笑，埃及人開價格玩笑常常是1million這種一聽就很假的價格）。正在我們準備掏錢的時候，我哥反應回來了，説“三百吧？”這才作罷。
第二回，我們想着酒店早餐價格不貴，騙一次後應該不會繼續騙我們了，沒想到這回更過分，直接不提供帳單，直接坑，他在計算器上按價格，説1200埃鎊，我們這會兒有點疑惑，因為這次菜品和上次沒什麼差別，但卻貴了那麼多，但也打算付（想着可能香腸稍微貴點）。這時候我們説要付美金，他説fourteen，我聽成了forty，但馬上意識到不對，又數出了14，四十放在桌上，他這會兒又説“nonono forty”，並直接上手要拿我的錢！（我猜想可能是同行的男性上樓了，覺得女生性子軟）。這次我們真的惱了，據理力爭，這才解決了，退了我們服務費（沒人在乎這幾塊🙃）
另外，周邊商户也坑人。赫爾格達的大龍蝦很便宜，但這種海鮮的價格是隨時浮動的，所以吃貴价海鮮一定要問清楚現在的價格（注意單位是kg還是g），並確認一下你菜的克數。事情是這樣的，我們到店後，點了一衹700g的龍蝦，確認好價格是2000，上菜時被分成2盤。吃完買單時發現總價10000+（比我們預想的6000+高太多了），這才查了帳單，發現龍蝦那寫的是2000*2pieces，我起初以為自己英語不好，這個“piece”難道是一盤算“1peace”，但還是找人確認了，他們才更改了帳單。

訂的房間靠馬路邊，晚上很吵，根本就睡不着覺。第二晚加錢換成套房，很安靜。套房的性價比很高。附近的五星級酒店，評價都不太好。這個酒店算可以的。
