As soon as you arrive at the airport you can call to the hotel and they will send a car for you, this will cost $10. They have a nice breakfast. The hotel is very nice and beautiful they have a nice swimming pool and garden view rooms.

The room has a view of the sea and the waiters are very friendly. The hotel has its own beach, which is family-friendly. There are shopping stores and restaurants nearby. It is not far from the port, less than 6 kilometers. Uber is convenient and the food is average.

It's a perfect hotel. It's so beautiful and romantic. It's right next to nile. I strongly recommend friends who go to luxor to choose this hotel. I will stay here again next time. It's very cost-effective, and the hotel design is also very unique, with everything you need.

Both of us from Chongqing adapted to the food and felt very comfortable. We didn't have diarrhea like we did when we traveled to Thailand. Accommodation: The room was very clean and large, facing the atrium swimming pool directly. There was the sea on the side. Very good. Sea view: The beautiful Red Sea is very quiet and beautiful, and the jelly-like sea surface can be seen everywhere. Service: I didn't see any discrimination by the staff at all. They even welcome Chinese people. Since our driver would arrive late, he also helped us to delay the check-out for 2 hours for free.

Old hotel, deceived by formally movenpick. Small scale, meals are inferior to other Red Sea hotels. The sea in front of the hotel is beautiful. There is an artificial island overlooking the city and the sea. It is worth a walk. The beach is crowded and narrow. The weirdest design is to set up an internal bar directly downstairs in the direction of the ocean view room. It is very noisy to perform singing at night.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights for my partner’s birthday. From the time I got there the hotel was very helpful with giving us a upgraded room and then going further to decorate the room/bed with heart pillows and pillow doves. They also provided a birthday cake twice on the day we arrived and on her birthday which we couldn’t be anymore thank you. I want to give a big shoutout to Mohammed the room cleaner, everyday was a surprise coming back into the bedroom he would decorate the room/bed with towels making different animals etc. Food buffet was really nice also had ice cream. ( I would say the hotel should make it so guest can get scoops for ice cream during the day not only for dinner) you get ice cream during the day but it’s ice cream lollipops etc. animation team was really good always involving everyone, want to say a shoutout to all the animation team especially mo salah, high energy and kept everyone very entertained. The beach is sandy! The photos don’t do it justice as the photos I saw online shows it to be stone beach with a bit of sand. The WiFi is good for a hotel which can be used on the beach. We was able to get a sun bed everyday by the many pools and beach. Nothing to fault this hotel was really amazing! (That’s coming from someone who only stays at high quality hotels).

The room equipment is not luxurious but comfortable. Towels are not soft. There is no phone in the room, which is inconvenient for the waiter. Servers are more proactive. However, the shampoo and shower in the room are not complete. There are many restaurants to choose from, but dinner reservations are too popular and I didn't grab them. The menus of several Chinese restaurants are the same. The underwater landscape of diving is average. This hotel is quieter. Enjoy access to sister hotel facilities. There are many children in the sister hotel. It is 3 kilometers away from the airport, it is more convenient to call Uber, and it costs 75 Egyptian pounds to the airport. The hotel arranges transportation for 15 euros per person, which is outrageous. After check-out, you can continue to enjoy the facilities and take a bath until you leave the hotel, which is convenient. It may be more favorable to book through the hotel.

If I can rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I will do so. Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations. -Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste. -Snacks and pizzas are so yummy. -The hotel is nice and cozy. -The views are relaxing. -Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants. -The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus. -Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach. Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋) Special thanks to reception team members (Mohamed for his close follow up on any issue, Ibrahim for his complement and Philopater for receiving us).
