I came to Huzhou during the May Day holiday and didn't plan to go to any tourist attractions. It's relatively quiet here and not so crowded. There are small trains, lobster fishing, fruit and vegetable picking, children's outdoor playground, and outdoor water world (we didn't play because it wasn't very hot). The hotel is just a few hundred meters away from the Xishanyang Wetland, where there are peacocks, black swans, and flamingos. The children had a lot of fun feeding the black swans.

The room service is very good. I contacted the needs in advance before going there and asked about the room orientation requirements. The child just had a birthday, and made an appoin**ent with friends to go out together. The room was also decorated with birthday wishes in advance. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk Xiao Zhong provided detailed services, provided children with washing supplies in time, and gave breakfast reminders. Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

Good hot springs. You get complimentary tickets as you check-in. Breakfast is nice. They have mix of Western and Chinese food. The view is amazing Room was spacious and clean Swimming pool facilities were alright The place gave a vibe of retirement house. A lots of Chinese grandpas and grandmas ruin five-star hotel magic by their rural behaviour. The customer service doesn't meet 5 star hotel grade. We met only 1 staff who was able to speak English. There is no any food service in hotel after 11 pm which is also shame for 5 star hotel

I traveled to Huzhou with my friends and booked the Nan Taihu Villa Hotel in advance. The day before check-in, the housekeeper Didi called me to understand my room requirements. Since there were three of us staying and it was our first time staying in this hotel, the housekeeper Didi also helped us upgrade the room. After the upgrade, we can see the full view of the Sheraton, a landmark building in Huzhou. I have heard of the Sheraton Hotel before, and this time it was just opposite and it was a great experience. The hotel scenery is very good, and the light show is magnificent. The Nan Taihu Villa Hotel is built on the mountain. During the day, I also went to the top of Xiaomei Mountain to enjoy the scenery. The scenery was super good. I would like to thank Didi for taking care of this stay and caring about us all the time. I will come again in the future.

Unexpectedly good. I originally chose it because it was close to the ancient town. I didn't want to stay in a homestay for fear of poor hygiene, so I wanted to find a hotel. The location here is very good, and it is also a brand under Junlan, so I think it is guaranteed. I didn't expect it to be much better than I thought. The service was very good, from the security guard helping to take the luggage from the car to the lobby manager and the front desk staff were all very warm and thoughtful. I especially thank the front desk and the housekeeper Yu Tingfeng for proactively informing me of the preferential policy that the room invoice can be exchanged for tickets, and the procedures were completed quickly. If there was a vacancy on the day, the room type was upgraded. The Republic of China style king bed room has a large space and a unique layout. My parents are very satisfied. Turn right when you go out and you will see the entrance to the ancient town and the cruise ship terminal. I took my parents to visit Nanxun Ancient Town and chose the right hotel. The location is very good. Turn right and turn a corner to reach the town. After crossing a bridge, you will reach Guanghui Palace Pier. The environment in the hotel is very elegant, the garden scenery is exquisite, and the front desk service attitude is very good. The triple parent-child room is spacious, with terraces in front and back, where you can drink tea and feel the misty water town. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom is open and has no privacy. It is recommended to stick an opaque film on the sliding door and install an opaque glass door in the toilet.
