The hotel looks ordinary from the outside in broad daylight, mainly because there is wasteland on the side. The so-called lake view, Chenzhuangyang, is just a large pond of more than ten acres. The lights at night are said to be very beautiful, but it was drizzling, so I didn't go out to enjoy them. But walking into the hotel lobby was still very shocking. I feel the design and materials are very tasteful. We paid extra to upgrade to a deluxe suite, which is 135 square meters. It has a very large living room and bedroom, two bathrooms, and the master bathroom and dressing room are also very spacious. There is a lake view outside the window, as well as a railway bridge, with high-speed trains passing by from time to time. The breakfast was rich and the service was good.

Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen. During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more. Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration. Kudos to both of you.

After crossing a bridge, you will reach Guanghui Palace Pier. The environment in the hotel is very elegant, the garden scenery is exquisite, and the front desk service attitude is very good. The triple parent-child room is spacious, with terraces in front and back, where you can drink tea and feel the misty water town. I came to Huzhou during the May Day holiday and didn't plan to go to any tourist attractions. It's relatively quiet here and not so crowded. There are small trains, lobster fishing, fruit and vegetable picking, children's outdoor playground, and outdoor water world (we didn't play because it wasn't very hot). The hotel is just a few hundred meters away from the Xishanyang Wetland, where there are peacocks, black swans, and flamingos. The children had a lot of fun feeding the black swans.
