設施：基礎房型有浴缸，空間很大，尤其是特大床，帶小朋友終於不擁擠了
衞生：非常非常乾淨，水壺裡都沒有一點水垢
環境：酒店本身就是景區，躺在床上就能看到竹海，陸羽古道和霞幕山水庫都在附近，原鄉小鎮適合低齡小童放電
服務：小陳管家微信秒回，是所有接觸過的管家裡服務最到位的。擺渡車等待時間不超過三分鐘，小朋友專門的一整個洗漱包，都非常拉好感
小瑕疵：飯一般，但是附近有很多農家樂

接駁車服務較為及時，服務人員也很友好。房間的衞生間較寬敞。衹是周邊交通太不便利，想打車出去吃飯都叫不到車，衹能在餐廳就餐。餐食不便宜，但口味和品控差強人意，排骨炸的完全吃不到肉。夜裡步道的光線也很暗，不是很安全。希望予以改善。

管家服務不錯，酒店風景很好，早晚山上很涼快，一家出行雙卧挺合適，還有麻將桌，竹居升級了茶居，還可以看個日出。游泳池也很漂亮。

房間蠻大，也蠻乾淨，就是房間層高有點高，樓上樓下走走有點累。一天晚上大風，吹的門呼呼響，就像下一次門會被吹跑的感覺。早餐的服務不錯，就是品種少了點，選擇性不多。接駁車也不多，每次回酒店都要在停車場等好久，實在是不方便。不過，如果不是夏天，倒是可以爬個山回房間的。

景色很美，但是夏天也沒有特別涼快。進去全程靠接駁車，雖然有管家，但通知，等，協調蠻浪費時間的，工作人員也很忙，但感覺這個模式不太行。目前大夏天，人不多都有點顧不上了。蚊子比較多，雖然有防蚊液，半夜還是被咬醒了2次。另外早餐很一般，種類少，味道也很普通。

去了幾次。環境還是非常好，有點可惜的是公路在修一個隧道。
第一次入住茶居，還不錯。房間和陽台都很好。游泳池的風景也好看。
早餐和之前一樣，一般。吃飯還是去外面的農家樂或對面酒店的餐廳好吃和划算一點。

因為這次是帶寶寶出來玩，所以基本是呆在房間裏staycation為主。房間的設施非常滿意，嶄新衞生。度假村內部的設施基本用的不多，充電樁保修處理的也很及時，唯一吐槽的是P5-P6山頂的雲頂咖啡，擺渡車不能直接到達，需要走漫長的台階才能到，入住時正值酷暑，有點吐血。

房間、公共餐廳、大堂的衞生狀況都十分好，滿意點贊。
環境：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
就是衝著度假村裡滿眼的綠色才來的，入住房間陽台的對面就是整片竹海，視野非常好，適合插上耳機聽聽音樂 喝喝咖啡 看看日出日落。
服務：🌟🌟
幾天入住期間唯一不悦的一件事，就是早餐打包。由於我們寶寶四月齡，需要隨時有人在身邊看着，所以早飯時刻寶媽先吃然後想帶一份麪回房間給寶爸，但餐廳言不允許🚫。我想説同類型同價位酒店都有送餐到房的服務，我不明白為什麼不允許打包帶走。索性通過管家交涉最後還是讓帶了，但體驗感非常不好。
