Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen. During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more. Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration. Kudos to both of you.

It should be noted that only guests staying in the hotel can have close contact with the giraffes during breakfast. The large glass window of the restaurant is not open during afternoon tea. Of course, you can feed the giraffes up close, but there are many people, so the experience is not very good. If there was a vacancy on the day, the room type was upgraded. The Republic of China style king bed room has a large space and a unique layout. My parents are very satisfied. Turn right when you go out and you will see the entrance to the ancient town and the cruise ship terminal. I took my parents to visit Nanxun Ancient Town and chose the right hotel. The location is very good. Turn right and turn a corner to reach the town. After crossing a bridge, you will reach Guanghui Palace Pier. The environment in the hotel is very elegant, the garden scenery is exquisite, and the front desk service attitude is very good. The triple parent-child room is spacious, with terraces in front and back, where you can drink tea and feel the misty water town. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom is open and has no privacy. It is recommended to stick an opaque film on the sliding door and install an opaque glass door in the toilet.
