지금 계절이 조석으로 쌀쌀한 날씨입니다. 더군다나 밤에 비도오고 추웠는데요 중앙난방이라더만 두번이나 문의를 드렸는데도 전혀 난방도 되지않고,한달전에 예약했는데 시설점검도 안했는지 세면대는 물도 빠지지않았고.....추천드리고싶은점이 없네요. 더욱 어이없는건 퇴실하면서 서운한얘기를 했더만 카운터에계신 여자분께서 미안하다는 말은 전혀없고 더이상 말하지마라는투로 안녕히 가세요라고 하더군요. 이건 더이상 말섞기 싫으니까 어서 나가라는 의미 아닐까요~~~~~ 참 실망했습니다. 도곡온천물이 얼마나 좋은지 모르겠지만 혹시 숙박하실분들 참고하세요. 불친절하고 시설 열악하니 비추천입니다.
