no towels provided in the room. the room quality was not good when we entered. initially provided a checked out room, where bed sheets were not maintained properly.

now the hotel kitchen management has changed so food is good but the dinner is costly the rooms are cleaned and the miyapur fly over is over so no traffic in this area now also outside food can be ordered from the app or we can carry outside food

out of my 5 days stay ,the first two day experiance was worst. Any way the after repeated follow up the the change of room issue was addressed .
iver all stay and room was good and the reception staff was also extended their understandin and cooperation to resolve the reported issue .
The room food, quality of there service and the resturant staff behaviour was completely unprofessional and worst.
Breakfast was okey .
The Management must have address and improve the room service and resturant staff service quality and their behaviours.

The worst experience had with restaurant and manager. I have took the plate and ready to have my breakfast. One person name with sekhar came and said that need to pay money first with very bad guester and bad language used by him. This is unfair and misbehave with regular customer. I immediately reported the same to the front office manager and food manager no action is taken upon.
