"The specifications of king size bed was not met. Room did not have hair dryer. I wanted to use hair dryer before heading out for work, it was not provided even after 45minutes of waiting. Suggestion: Swimming pool timings could have been beyond 6pm. Buffet breakfast and staff serving were excellent 👌"

"The hotel looks premium from the outside but it's a whole different story inside. The staff was polite and welcoming and catered to our requests. The rooms were definitely not 3 star worthy. The first room we got had mould and the ac was too loud. On enquiring they said they were sold out and didn't have another room for the same price, which i confirmed online. They gave us a suite room because of our complaint. It was a good room except the washroom was unclean. Since it was for a day, we didn't raise any other concern. The reason for me not to choose this hotel the next time would be that i had booked the room a month back and yet i did not get a good room."
