DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I booked to stay at this place for a night and 3 days after booking I could no longer attend due to medical reasons. When I spoke to these guys on the phone, I explained my circumstances and asked for a refund. I then asked to speak to a manager, in which I received a call back from Kate, the reservations manager. She told me that she would not accommodate me and that I would lose 50% of my money (£275). I thought this was a little bit harsh, considering I had only booked 3 days earlier, and wasn’t asking for 100% of my money back. I was happy to accept 70% of my money still leaving me at a £164.70 loss (Which isn’t bad for a hotel that would go on to sell the same room for full price!) for something out of my control. I was offered only to moves dates which I couldn’t accommodate due to other commitments. I will never spend my money at this place again, nor would I ever recommend anyone else to. They don’t seem to have any care in the world once they have received your money.
