As soon as we came to the hotel we were met by Sebastian who has been outstanding on so many levels. He has gone above and beyond to help the English speaking families navigate Columbia. He even helped us with medical support. He is so attentive that he rescues us immediately when he sees us struggling and is so patient. The whole staff has been wonderful but Sebastien has been a hidden gem. The food is also amazing here.
