Empressa Hotel & Spa is a home away from home. It's such a wonderful experience being at Empressa Hotel. The Sunday brunch is one of a kind. Very tasty and sumptuous meals .The environment is serene and welcoming. It's really a nice place with great experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the GM (Mr shijil) is doing a great job in ensuring a standard hospitality.

Very lovely ambience and neat, the meals are awesome, the staffs are friendly, the prices are quite affordable. If you are looking for a 5* like hotel experience within Ajah environs, Empresa is the right place for you.

This is my second stay at the Hotel facility due my trainings at the Lagos business School, the staff are very hospitable, their meals are conservative, the ambience in real, despite close to the busy road, you can truly enjoy a serene environment, the Night life is classic and above all, the staff management is commendable. A friend recommended staying in this hotel, so I decided to explore it on my last trip to Lagos. Security: I found the environment safe and secure. The set back from the expressway, double access control gates and visible security presence was reassuring. No noise from street traffic when inside the room. Value for Money: The room rates seemed reasonable given the current state of the Nigerian economy. Food: The food served was of good quality although a bit pricey relative to the reputable restaurants in the area. I was concerned with the high markup applied to bottled water. Room: The rooms are in good condition however better attention needs to be paid to maintenance going forward. We booked 2 rooms, sometimes the doors couldn’t be locked from inside the room. Some water stains were observed in the bathroom meaning leaks should be promptly addressed once identified, “a stitch in time saves nine”. Reception: Nice, friendly and smiling receptionists was the norm. The reception manager was genuinely interested in candid feedback. Recommendation: If breakfast is included in the package, then this should be for 2 people and not 1 person. I would rather pay extra on my room rate so you don’t ask me to pay for an extra breakfast. Even kids didn’t eat for free which was at odds with the service I have received in reputable international hotels.

The service is excellent and second to none in line with a global acceptable standard. The employees are passionate, experienced, committed, and dedicated. There is a lot of work pressure as well as working long hours.

The room is spacious and clean. Supportive staff and nice environment. The customer service was beyond my expectation. I enjoyed varieties of meals from the hotel restaurant. Generally, the hotel is a nice a place to be
