We had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Hotel in Ibiza! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with the option to upgrade our room—and we’re so glad we did! The upgraded room was spacious, stylish, and offered stunning views that truly elevated our experience. Even came with a hot tub on the balcony.
The hotel itself lives up to its name in the best way—full of delightful surprises, from the chic decor to the vibrant atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious Ibiza getaway. Worth every penny. We’ll definitely be back!

We were cheated by the counter because it was our favorite dj that day. We asked if we could get a room with a better location. Our room was booked for 1400 USD, and he wrote that the location must add 750 USD! After we added, not only did we not see the location of the dj (blocked by the sound), we asked the tenants on the left and right of us, they only paid $1,000 and the location was better than ours (one closer to the stage, the dj was not blocked, one room More protruding dj not blocked) We were overcharged $750! We were also charged $25 for ice which I don't think is reasonable!

I really really like this hotel. It has a beautiful environment and the room has a direct view of the dance floor. When there is a party, you must book this hotel. You can go in and out at any time and go back to the room to drink water and wine. It's great. When there is a party, a bottle of beer downstairs costs 18 euros, and a bottle of water costs about 1 euro.
