I stayed at the Hostal rooms at No 14, not the apartments at No 10 and was very pleasantly surprised. I had a single room and it was very clean, well maintained, had excellent facilities / wifi / air-con etc and felt very safe. I had read the below reviews regarding a burglary which had disconcerted me, but I was reassured by what I considered to be as much as any hotel could do to protect their guests. You have 3 keys, 1 to gain entrance to the building, another to open your hallway on your floor, and the final one for your room. You are asked to lock the hallway door behind you, the front door self shuts, and I always locked my bedroom door when I was in it. There is also a safe in the room. As I was due to arrive after their reception closed, i had been sent a code and instructions on where the key ox was to gain access. Turns out I didn't need that in the end, but the instructions were clear. Staff were excellent and very friendly, and they have lockers to keep your suitcase if you have to check out early. As for the location, near perfect. 1 minute from the port, 1 minute from Zara (lol) and just 2 minutes from Vara de Rey and 3 minutes from Placa Del Parc. PERFECT. Will definitely stay here again.

Ήταν μια μέτρια εμπειρία. Όλα ήτανε πάρα πολύ ωραία η εξυπηρέτηση ήτανε πάρα πολύ καλή αλλά αυτό που έκανε τη διαφορά ήταν συμπεριφορά των ενοίκων οι οποίοι έκαναν φασαρία το βράδυ χτυπούςαν τις πόρτες με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνήσω αρκετές φορές και αυτό το κάνει να είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο που δεν θα ήθελα να προτιμήσω στο μέλλον. Κατά τα άλλα η τιμή με το προσφερόμενο προϊόν είναι πολύ καλή. Το δωμάτιο έχει ένα κρεβάτι έχει προσωπικό νιπτήρα το κοινόχρηστο μπάνιο ήταν πραγματικά πολύ καλό αλλά οι ένοικοι δεν σεβόντουσαν το χώρο με αποτέλεσμα με το βρωμίζουν. Υπάλληλος τους πιο ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενική και μιλούσα αγγλικά Καθώς και το ξενοδοχείο προσφέρει πετσέτες για την παραλία.

Appartamento grande e ben situato.. manca pero un tocco di nuovo.. mobili vecchi! sono sinceramente da rivedere per questo punto importante. Resta comunque centrale... vicino al porto! il servizio di accueil é efficiente e puntuale! il nostro appartento aveva anche una bella terrazza! consiglio

Pedí un rembolso 24 horas después de reservar porque lo compre por error y no me lo quieren hacer porque dicen que la tarifa no es reembolsable, me vuelvo a poner en contacto con ellos y no me responden a los emails, si no queréis problemas no reservéis este hostal.
