It's extremely close to Goi Station!
You'll have no trouble finding a bar.
The facilities are a bit old,
and some people might find the noise a little annoying.

It's conveniently located just a few minutes from the station. I think it's better for business trips or trips with friends rather than for families or couples. There are many izakayas in the area and access to Chiba Station is not too bad.

I stayed here for 2 nights after arriving at Rockin'. It was close to the station and the room allowed smoking, but the smell wasn't a problem. The front desk staff were very friendly and there was alcohol in front of the elevator so I was able to use it.
