Absolutelly caring host family. Clean & tidy all over. Pool area is very nice. Beautiful view from balcony. Short walk to the sea, harbour & beach, bistros, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. Begining of may ist preseason, not every place is open. But there is enough.

Perfect, clean accommodation in a quiet location. beautiful garden with pool. The surroundings around Opatija is beautiful. The landlord is very friendly and gives many tips for things to do. gladly again!!!

Everything was great. The host is the most amazing person, he gave us great tips for local cuisine, trips and the best beaches. The penthouse has an amazing view and everything that you'd need for your stay - comfy bed, AC, TV, equipped kitchen. The pool and saunas are great, everything is clean and well maintained.

We stayed in the Annex Building for 7 days and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment seemed even better than in the pictures, it had everything that was needed, including appliances and comfortable blankets. It all felt very inviting and cozy, as if it was not a rented apartment, but a lovely home. The host helped us every step of the way, he also offered us various destinations to visit, presenting us with the benefits, prices and possibilities. The experience felt less stressful because of his inputs and constant reliability. We could not have asked for greater services!

We stayed at the big penthouse appartement off the main site. It is super convenient for 3 separate people or couples or family with older kids. Parking in front of the building, 5 minutes Walk to the beach, spectaculair views and a very responsive and helpful host.

Sauber, freundlich, hilfsbereit, großzügig! Sehr zu empfehlen!! Guter kleiner Pool! Schöne Terrasse! Parken im Ort gebührenpflichtig! Der schönste Strand ist in Rijeka und nennt sich Sablicevo. Günstige Restaurants sind Lucica und Galeb.

Unser Aufenthalt im Villa Roses Apartments war rundum wunderbar. 11 Nächte👍Von Anfang an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Ferienwohnung verfügte über zwei Toiletten und zwei Duschen, was besonders praktisch für eine Familie ist. Das gemütliche Bett sorgte für erholsame Nächte. Der große Balkon mit der fantastischen Aussicht war ein Highlight und lud zum Verweilen ein. **Gastfreundschaft:** Die Gastgeberfamilie ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie versorgen ihre Gäste mit vielen nützlichen Informationen und erklären alles Wichtige ausführlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. **Freizeitmöglichkeiten:** Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön und die Liegen laden zum Entspannen ein. Hier kann man den Tag genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. **Fazit:** Unser Aufenthalt im Villarosa war eine durchweg positive Erfahrung. Wir möchten uns herzlich bei der gastfreundlichen Familie bedanken und können diesen Ort wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Bis zum nächsten Mal! Vielen lieben Dank an die gastfreundliche Familie!

Pool und Terasse sind ungepflegt, die Liegeauflage schmutzig. Die Rosen, die den Appartment den Namen geben sind ungepflegt. Baulärm vom direkten Nachbarn und einer Großbaustelle die sicher noch lange bestehen wird. Rasenmähen incl. Rasentrimmen findet abends statt, nach 19.00h. In der Küche funktioniert die Steckdose nicht. Viele Stolperfallen in Form von Teppichen und Läufer auf dem Fußboden in allen Zimmern.

Appartamenti e stanze pulite ed in ordine, cucina attrezzata e parcheggio per la macchina. Sanjin, il gestore, è stato fantastico, ci ha dato molti consigli su cosa visitare e cosa mangiare. Possibilità di prenotare la zona spa con idromassaggio, saune e piscina. Prezzo più che onesto!! Visita per capodanno 2022 consigliatissimo!
