Brilliant boutique hotel great staff and lovely food definitely recommend anyone go stay at petunia konak hotel absolutely beautiful serene setting with lovely rooms in a peaceful location within walking distance of icmeler centre can't wait to visit again

Our second time at Petunya Konak. We stayed for 18 days this time. We had a lovely time. The hotel is small and friendly. The staff are all very friendly attentive, and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was perfect. The rooms are lovely very spacious, with a lovely balcony, amazing comfy beds, luxury towels, power shower. Delicious choice of breakfast, taken by the lovey Pool. The pool has area’s of Sun/shade. Which suited us. The hotel is in a lovely quiet location, 10 minute walk to the centre or 5 mins on the bus. We will be back.

We have just spent 4 nights here . What an amazing place . So tranquil, was like having your own private villa . Rooms lovely . Air conditioning included . Safe in your room . Lovely towels. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice & the young man at Breakfast will also cook omelettes if you would like . He was very hardworking. You can walk to town & the beach but it was very hot so we took the dolmus which you can pick up outside Tommy's bar across the road . 25 lira pp . So cheap & they run really regular. The grounds of this place are lovely, we had breakfast by the pool which was a real treat . Pool was cold but ok when you got in . The manager & his wife were very attentive & really wanted you to enjoy your stay . They very kindly let us keep our room til we departed at no extra cost as the hotel was quiet . Would definitely love to go back & wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends & family.

Everything about the hotel was great and the staff were friendly, breakfast was ok, the pool area was very nice and had a good mix of sunny spots and shaded spots, the room was nice and clean and so was the bathroom, all in all we had a great enjoyable stay. A couple of things to add, the Turkish baths advertised online were not available for use and were just used as a storage facility for the stock for the bar. The main thing that bumped this review down is what happened on our last night at the hotel. We liked to bring ice up to our room At the end of each evening to have a few drinks and for our water for bed, and so we'd ask at the bar for ice and they’d kindly give us a small glass bucket that we’d take up. When they did the room service they would never take these buckets back down which meant we had to bring them down the next day ourselves, which was completely fine and not a problem until on the last night I picked one of them up by the handle to bring downstairs and the faulty handle came off and the bucket smashed. We tried to clean it up ourselves as much as possible but no one came and attended to the glass after we told them about the breakage which was abit concerning. Upon leaving today we came to pay our outstanding bill on the bar which should’ve been around £25 but a guy who seemed to be the manager/owner of the hotel told us we had to pay an additional £20 for the smashed bucket. When I responded saying I felt £20 is a little excessive he told me it’s one of the best quality glasses you can get in turkey and shrugged off my concerns, he then told me he doesn’t need our money when I inquired further, yet they still charged us the additional £20 when we paid. We felt this was extremely unjust as we weren’t even at fault for the breakage and we felt that they were just trying to get more money out of us. It’s such a shame that this happened the way it did as all of the regular staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and the hotel was lovely but this man (whom we hadn’t seen for our entire stay until the last day) seemed very arrogant and dismissive of us, and clearly just wanted an extra £20 Out of us. I feel as though hotels with any standards of respect for there guests would account for losses such as a broken glass and not try and charge excessive amounts for such mistakes, especially when the guest isn’t even at fault. To some this may not seem like a big deal but bare in mind we are a young couple who used alot of our savings to book this holiday and by the last day we had both spent pretty much all of our money and this extra £20 just felt very unfair to us even after trying to dispute it we were completely ignored .

After having another hotel cancel the day we flew, we found this last minute gem. Its a gorgeous small boutique hotel, perfect for a quiet couple getaway. We highly recommend a stay here. Really clean and all the staff were very friendly, we got a complimentary bottle of wine and a fruit board, which was a nice little touch x

Petunya Konak describes itself as a Boutique Hotel.It certainly is! The hotel oozes class, grace and elegance and mixes local culture and flavours in to the hotel design.Likewise the bedrooms are beautifully decorated.The staff and owner ,Adnan, are highly attentive and provide excellent personal service.When I first stayed there last year I felt it was the best hotel that I had ever stayed in. That is still correct.
