Mersoy Exclusive Hotel

This is an honest review of my stay of this hotel Awful !! I visited with a friend for a week - we were put in the hotel Mersoy Bellavista - we were on the 0 floor which we think also the staff also stayed . The hotel is situated nicely to all the bars and restaurants and beach - that’s all I can say does have in its favour ! The hotel stunk of cigarettes and on floor 1 at the end of the corridor was a staff room where we could see them sat in there smoking - think staff use towels to conceal smoking in there rooms - place stunk of smoke ! Our room was filthy - fire doors in corridors hanging off hinges - we did not have a mattress protector on the bed just a sheet - and then a blanket..Our room was not cleaned properly - food awful - cold ! Staff were not helpful or friendly in any way - chemical for pool chucked in no ph balance levels checked - wardrobe filthy we left clothes in suitcases - we asked to be swapped and the men behind reception just sniggered and said wil send cleaners - might have sent them but no cleaning done !! Staff - no uniform no badges - sliders on feet in kitchen and dining area -You literally finish your food and they swoop in straight away to clear plates - just no care in this hotel what so ever - First time to Turkey - loved Icmeler and would return but not to this hotel - much nicer hotels there .

AVOID THIS DUMP !! Returned last week from a weeks stay with my friend . Where do I even start ? We were put in the Belavista building on level 0 . The room was absolutely filthy ! No mattress protectors on beds with a sheet on the mattress and a blanket ( not what you want when it's 31 degrees . Everything in the room was broken and filthy . We complained at reception and we're just sniggered at telling us they would send the cleaner . The cleaner may have come but definitely no cleaning was done before or during our stay . The food was just awful , cold chips everyday and definitely not catered for English visitors. Only beer , gin , vodka or wine available for alcohol . Every member of staff were rude and unfriendly. We returned to our room one afternoon to find that the cleaner had been to leave towels and had opened our patio door and had left it open .. anyone could have walked in and stolen our belongings . While we were there another guest had their apple watch smd power bank stolen from their room .Another another guest who was an amputee asked to be moved to another building as the lift was broken and they charged him £120 to move him . I love icmeler as a resort , amazing shopping , loads of bars and restaurants. I will be returning but most definitely NOT to this hotel !

Where do I begin! As an annual traveller, we have been to many places, stayed in different starred accommodations and always made the holiday our own. I have never felt the need to complain, because I have always expected what I paid for, but that has all changed after my last trip. We looked at a decent priced trip to the Mersoy hotel in Ichmeler, turkey. After looking at the reviews, which was given 4/5 on trip advisor, as I always do, we arrived after a delay at 3.45am at the hotel. We were put in a room in one of the 3 buildings they have. My god. I never complain as stated, but when you walk into a room that has black mould up the wall of the shower, holes in walls and headboard, a funky smell, a hole in the wall were the tv once was and a single sheet for a double bed. My partner was not happy so we proceeded to reception to get a room change. We were told to come back at 10am to see if anything was available. We tried breakfast in the morning and vowed never to eat in there again. Normally I will eat anything and have done everywhere . We finally got another room, a bit better and cleaner but still not up to the standard of a 4*. Never going to turkey again all inclusive. This has put me right off. Food rubbish, drink rubbish, room not cleaned once in a week, had to rob towels and toilet rolls off cleaners trolley all week. Just an absolute s***hole.

Absolute filth .. rubbish hotel .. filthy throughout The staff lazy and ignorant sat on their phones .. Pool bar stinking rotten filthy . Littered with full ash trays and empty beer bottles .. Do not book it .. a tent on beach be a better place Moved out after one night
