One of the best hotel I have visited recently.. If you want to be in the nature and enjoy luxury staying, this hotel is highly recommended. It is located on the cliff of a hill with sight to beautiful mountains.. The room, food, and staff, everything is so perfect. I would go again.

My earnest thanks to all the staff of Valle Munnar. They helped us everywhere we went.My wife has some knee problems and they offered assistance with courtesy every time. Being a professional person, I know how it's difficult to be courteous all the time ever maintaining the same composure. Many thanks to the Food Manager and all other staff of the restaurant. It's really beautiful,the room, environment, position and the surrounding scenaries. Though a bit pricy, it's perfect in all senses.

Happy days spent at this beautiful mountain retreat! The Valle By Kondody Hotels offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valleys. The staff was exceptionally attentive and made my business trip feel like a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all necessary amenities. The restaurant served delicious local cuisine that was a highlight of my stay. The peaceful location ***** KSEB Tunnel Road provided the perfect balance of tranquility while still being accessible. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Pallivasal looking for comfort and natural beauty.

Beautiful hotel with great views. The hotel is a little noisy so make sure to bring your earplugs and paying extra for the hotel room with a balcony is 100% worth it! The staff is super friendly and the spa was also a very good experience. We did a couples massage which was very relaxing.

The stay has been nothing short of Fantastic . The property is neat Clean and Beautifully done . The staff is well trained and courteous. Food is good too .The added Sessions of Baking and cooking may excite some as well . All in all a Stay that is fantastic .

We stayed at Romanza Jacuzzi room. Amazing property with best views, excellent service, best restaurant experience with carefully crafted menu. Activities were nice as well. Play area has lot of activities. Staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable.

Calm and comfy stay with the breathtaking view of the munnar valley right from the room balcony. The serene ambience made it a perfect getaway. The staff were very friendly and approachable. The food menu and quality were good, which added to overall satisfaction.

Best spot to go with your mate or friend/family... Excellent staffs which are proactive and well trained. Smooth checkin/checkout. Clean rooms with excellent view of Munnar. Lots of activities and view points nearby and around. Felt safe and was comfortable.
