Excellent and a great experience with IHCL, Munnar. It felt like living amidst nature. Sitting in the balcony or walking the trails in the morning and evening felt so calm and relaxed. Well maintained property, kind staff and great food as well.

The room and housekeeping service were good. It is located in a good location near most tourist attractions. Food taste and breakfast buffet variety with more local food options can be improved upon. Pool is well maintained.Overall a nice stay.

Celebrated all the smiling faces from reception to the restaurant at Munnar ., being vegetarian.., would appreciate more choice at breakfast and taste was a bit mediocre and only few things hit our taste buds .. but this deficiency was a bit covered by all the smiling team at restaurant

Hotel location is good and very beautifull polite staffts good foods… Breakfast lunch and Dinner.. Clean Rooms good housekeeping staffs Sneha Soumya Prathiva.. Room service is very good all over Nice stay with family 😊 will come again sure 🙂

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and care, Mr. Varun the general manager was extremely courteous and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially for my mother who follows a strict Jain and vegan diet. Special thanks to Chef Vipin and Chef Kunal, who curated an exquisite menu tailored to her preferences every dish was not only compliant but also delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The restaurant team deserves a standing ovation. Sweta and Vinod were ensured that the entire stay was comfortable with zero hiccups! Associates Adyasha, Isha, Santu, Rajnish, Adithya, and Rustom were attentive, polite, and consistently kind always checking in to make sure we were well looked after. We’d also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Pabitra Gaya, the Food and Beverage Manager, and Mr. Praveen Kumar, the Restaurant Manager, for their constant presence, warm gestures, and personal attention to every detail. Their leadership clearly reflects in the outstanding service we received. A special mention must be made of the spa experience serene, rejuvenating, and exactly what one needs in the hills of Munnar. The therapists were professional and skilled, and the ambiance itself was peaceful and calming. It was truly a therapeutic highlight of our stay. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable a perfect blend of luxury and serenity. Every corner of the property invites peace and reflection. The view from places like Top Station and Echo Point is stunning. You can also visit tea factories and waterfalls. It's not too crowded if you go during the off-season. Roads can be a bit narrow and winding, but the drive is worth it. A good spot for nature lovers and families looking to unwind. The staff especially sneha, harshitha and soumya were very helpful
