Good stsy at todupuzha and nice location easy to reach good neat and cleaning. Rooms are not having proper light. Wash taps in bathroom are not properly maintained.

Our stay was pretty comfortable. They had provided all the amenities as they mentioned. All the staff were so friendly and made us feel comfortable. But still we face issues with the hair dryer (not working) and tv(not recharged. Actually we don't use these two things so we don't raise any complaints but still i feel it was not good to face such problems in a hotel where we are paying more than 2. 5k.

Very bad experience, i reached there around 11. 30 in the night and the ac was not working properly, i called the reception guy and told this, he told that ac takes almost 2 hours to get cooled, and till morning the ac was not cooled, such a terrible experience
