DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Other than the view everything about this place was a huge disappointment. On arrival I was informed that there would only be hot water between 6am-10am and 6pm-10pm, however even at these times the water was ice cold. The room didn’t have WiFi and despite complaining twice nothing was done about it. The restaurant has a fairly extensive menu, unfortunately it only has about 20% of the items available and these aren’t written down anywhere so you just have to rely on a member of staff randomly reciting them and then choose from that. The sheets had a stain on them and also were not changed every day, the water and tea also were not replaced each day. The overall level of service was also terrible, though I would like to thank Anaz, who was the only member of staff who actually helped and was always professional. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any hotel.

Just skip it. Stay somewhere else.
No Wi-Fi. No hot water. Aloof staff.
Anaz was incredibly helpful, he should be working somewhere better.
There's no reason to be paying "resort prices" when the standards of this place are incredibly poor.

A great peaceful stay between the green lushes and woods. It give a great experience between nature. Also had a great tour of spices by Mr. Paramananadam and clicked a lot of great pictures for us. The staff was very helpful. It was a great experience overall

We had a worthy stay here. The property is amazing and well maintained. Staff here is very humble and helpful. Mr. Parmananadam helped us a lot during stay also he gave a well guided tour of spices plantation around and clicked a lot of great pictures

Got this resort by chance. BUT at first I got room which is in very bad condition. Stayed there itself at night because we didn't get any other choice as we are with kids. Then by next day they gave a very nice room(no ac) with excellent view. MR. Pramanadham helped us guiding many near by places to view and Mr Palraj also been very helpful guiding us through the stay. Food was not upto the mark. Better to opt top floor rooms ad the view was really good. Over all I can give 3/5.

Resort was Good . Swimming Pool was Good and Swimming Pool Staff was very helpful and Friendly. Need to Thank Anas in Front office a lot for the Guidance throughout the Stay and even before the stay. Good knowledge about the location . Picked up the call always to answer our queries and supported Greatly.

Room are ok but not for 4 star property very well needed the maintance very badly maintained the Swiming pool and Food Quality is also not upto mark manger rohit is very Good guy he is help ful to solve Food quality issue otherwise food is not able to eat and staff is very slow in service so not a 4 star property at all

On the whole it was a great experience with my friend again stayed in the same room and enjoyed thoroughly visit. We heard that breakfast here is too good. Room service is not as expected comparatively to the last time. Planning to explore all other Oxygen resorts
