DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Other than the view everything about this place was a huge disappointment. On arrival I was informed that there would only be hot water between 6am-10am and 6pm-10pm, however even at these times the water was ice cold. The room didn’t have WiFi and despite complaining twice nothing was done about it. The restaurant has a fairly extensive menu, unfortunately it only has about 20% of the items available and these aren’t written down anywhere so you just have to rely on a member of staff randomly reciting them and then choose from that. The sheets had a stain on them and also were not changed every day, the water and tea also were not replaced each day. The overall level of service was also terrible, though I would like to thank Anaz, who was the only member of staff who actually helped and was always professional. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any hotel.

Just skip it. Stay somewhere else.
No Wi-Fi. No hot water. Aloof staff.
Anaz was incredibly helpful, he should be working somewhere better.
There's no reason to be paying "resort prices" when the standards of this place are incredibly poor.

I love the experience here, it was so nice and memorable. The services provided was good.The scenery was nice. The morning time with tea was so refreshing. We enjoyed the pool time very much, that was exciting. The food provided and restaurant service was nice.

Food and accomodation is good.Amusement facility got. Mr Paramanandam gave us directions . Swimming pool facility much enjoy us . Good atmosphere and room facilities make us happy and also presume again and again visit this Oxygen resort and likes to stay here. Restaurant service is very good and provides good and tasty food.Any way we like this resort facilities much.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful staffs especially the staff named 'Paramanandam' helped us throughout the stay. Lovely and great first impression. Swimming pool was awesome. Everything about the Resort was exceptional, was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable, I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future Thank you Oxygen Resorts

It was a mind relaxing time in this resort. Swimming pool too. The resort room was clean. The view from the balcony was more satisfying. I don't know how many hours i sat in the balcony. My family too liked the resort. They said that it was a mind soothing and cool and calm atmosphere . Staff services were also awesome. They are doing their best to satisfy their costumers. The swimming pool was so clean and it is also in a perfect spot. Me and my family enjoyed in the pool. The swimming pool guide MR. PARAMANANDHAN was nice to us. He helped us to take our family photos and single pics too. Overall, me and my family enjoyed staying in this resort.😊

We had visited oxygen resort thekkady from 22 march to 27 march .it was an amazing experiences .Have no words to praise.oxygen resort thekkady is providing excellent hospitality .In house restaurant serves delicious food . Resort also offers recreational activities games and well maintained swimming pool .makes a great option for families. The person who made our trip memorable was the restaurant kitchen staff Sohan Thomas ,Jiss , Praveen and Shahbaz And other oxygen staff Paramanadhan was very helpfull .everyones contribution from reception to housekeeping staff was great. Will like to recommend others also to experiece the hospitality of oxygen Resort. Will definitely visit again .
