DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Other than the view everything about this place was a huge disappointment. On arrival I was informed that there would only be hot water between 6am-10am and 6pm-10pm, however even at these times the water was ice cold. The room didn’t have WiFi and despite complaining twice nothing was done about it. The restaurant has a fairly extensive menu, unfortunately it only has about 20% of the items available and these aren’t written down anywhere so you just have to rely on a member of staff randomly reciting them and then choose from that. The sheets had a stain on them and also were not changed every day, the water and tea also were not replaced each day. The overall level of service was also terrible, though I would like to thank Anaz, who was the only member of staff who actually helped and was always professional. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any hotel.

Just skip it. Stay somewhere else.
No Wi-Fi. No hot water. Aloof staff.
Anaz was incredibly helpful, he should be working somewhere better.
There's no reason to be paying "resort prices" when the standards of this place are incredibly poor.

The overall experience at Club Oxygen was amazing! I stayed here with my family for 3 nights and 4 days, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. I can't complete this review without mentioning two exceptional staff members — Paramanand and Anaz. They were extremely helpful and guided us to some wonderful nearby places to visit. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. We will definitely come back for another vacation!

I took the Club Oxygen membership for ₹1.5 Lakhs, expecting premium service and quality stays, but my recent 2-night stay at Boche Club Oxygen Thekkady Resort turned out to be the worst experience of my life. • There was no hot water available throughout the stay. • No curtain in the bathroom, which was highly uncomfortable. • Hair dryer was faulty and barely worked. • The balcony glass door had no lock, which is a serious safety concern. • We faced constant electricity problems during the stay. • The breakfast was absolutely terrible – probably the worst I’ve ever had at any resort. I felt completely let down by the service and maintenance quality, especially considering the amount paid for the membership. The only positive experience was with the swimming pool staff, who was genuinely helpful and courteous. If this is the standard of resorts offered under Club Oxygen, I seriously regret investing in the membership.

One place stop for taking your breath away.This place holds nature, privacy, fun and lot of good care takers in altogether Hospitality at its peak.Swimming pool is the must good to go for stress relieving guided by Mr.Paramanandham.

One of the best resort to stay in thekkady with beautiful scenery and peacefull place to spend our vacation. Skimming pool attendant Mr. Paramanandam is so kind and welcoming and explain lot about their farm. All the people working in the resort are very polite and guiding us to explore thekkady.
