Nice accomondation with a beautiful garden in the middle of cardamom plantagens. Apart the cardamom plants you can see Indian Giant Squirrels in the trees from the balcony. The houskeeper is very kind and the homemade food is delicious. Unfortunatelly the house is a little far away from Munnar and the places we visited during our stay.

Worst place to stay in this hotel... rude behaviour of the property owner and the caretaker. Property owner distinguished the persons with states. He welcomed the to his state person with a good gesture but if other state perso visits he always talks very rudely Don't go there if u will go you will beat your head on a wall.. Pathetic....

I have travelled in various parts of the country but this property owner had made my munnar trip worst. I have travelled with my 5 friends and their family to munnar after completing all the booking formalities on make my trip and even paid them in full to confirm my booking. Without any intimation they have cancelled our booking and when we reach the property they are telling us to cancel the booking and book the rooms directly through them after giving full money. Even make my trip guy is unable to help us or contact the property owner. It is also away from City. Don't gp for this property if u want to visit munnar peacefully. Even the caretaker Santosh is very rude and greedy

Worst hotel. Plz don't come here. They r greedy person. They take advantage of our precious trip period. Hotel owner and staff will not response positively in any or small requirements. Poor very poor show by the staff

Very poor service. Hotel caretaker santosh talking way is very poor and also poor service from make my trip. Hotel is very poor and basic things not be provide in hotel. And not be good for family and friends.
