It's a beautiful resort with excellent rooms, clean washroom, good pool and very good restaurant. The view from the balcony is amazing. Well maintained lawns. It's worth the price. And pet friendly too. My doggo enjoyed a lot running around in the lawns. Would definitely recommend.

It's with great pleasure for both of us to share our pleasant experience of staying in Pleasant Hill resorts, Munnar. We checked in there on February 4 for two days. Now we wish we had more time to spend here. The place is located right in the middle of nature's beauty and pristine grace. Very painstakingly crafted by a wonderful couple, each and every facility is top notch and courteously presented. Food, pool, rooms and gym, all are meticulously maintained It's attached to a farmhouse and is best noiseless place for those who are in search of serenity and a break from humdrum of cities. The view of hills is breathtaking and awesome We intend to make it a regular winding down shelter for us at least once a gear. Our appreciation for the owners who take a personal interest by choosing to stay on the campus and looking after guests. You won't go wrong by choosing this place, we are sure !!

I recently stayed at the Pleasant Hill Resort in Munnar with my family for 2 nights. While the resort is described as a 4-star hotel, our experience was somewhat mixed.
The room itself was comfortable, but we were surprised to find that it didn't have air conditioning. Although Munnar's climate is generally cool, the lack of AC made the room feel stuffy at night.
On the positive side, the resort's location is scenic and the staff were friendly. However, there were some issues with the parking area, which was located separately from the hotel. The parking area was poorly lit and looked more like a construction site than a hotel facility.
Overall, our stay was just okay. While the resort has some potential, it falls short of the 4-star experience promised. With some improvements to the rooms and parking area, Pleasant Hill Resort could live up to its full potential.

This good resort for family. They have swimming pool, play area for kids, restaurant, garden, etc. The location is far from Munnar town, so the main attractions are away. Overall experience was good. Breakfast can be better.

Staff were extremely accomodating. Nasaruddin sent us a location map and assisted in every way possible. The owner approached us to check if we were alright. Akhila made us feel welcome during our meals. Many more wonderful team members of this resort whose name i cant remember were treating us like family. The cosy environment has been tastefully engineered. We are already planning our next visit to Munnar.

Excellent property. Although far away from maintown Munnar, the property is so cozy and desolate from the routine crowd. The pool is so clean, the park is pretty good for the kids. The dance area and firewood place add cherry on the cake. The food is delicious and the staff are very courteous. Would definitely visit again
