Misty Mountain Experience

Most wonderful setting.. Courteous staff. Clean and comfortable room. The birds sing to wake you up , The sounds and sites of the resort is simply amazing. The weather was just perfect in October. The jeep ride within the estate was quite an experience.

Teyla Restaurant is a part of Misty Mountain Resort Kuttikanam, Kerala. It’s well located ***** the Kottayam-Kumily highway and has plenty of parking area with EV charging facilities. Restaurant ambience is great. I was told that south Indian meals were served in a different building in the same compound. I had been to this restaurant few times before also. This time I had soup and some momos which were good. I try their pastries every time but, each time they say that many of the items in the menu are not served. They also offer a variety of teas, which I have always enjoyed. They have a counter selling tea and spices. Apart from the Indian food, the restaurant also serves steak, burgers and sandwiches. The food served is good and the prices are reasonable. Though there were very few guests in the restaurant, I noticed that the staff were not very attentive and were not well versed with the items served. Undoubtedly, this is the finest restaurant in Kuttikanam.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Misty Mountain Hotel, and I must say that it was a truly enchanting experience. The hotel's unique location, nestled in the heart of the misty mountains, offers breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. You could spend hours looking at the misty mountain. The rooms are supper clean, The staff are friendly and attentive, Food are delicious. The service is exceptional. Really worth the price.

Far from the madding crowd, still well connected. 2000 acres of plantation it seems, with four different trails for walk, a tea factory visit and a great private waterfall. Lovely place to stay with nature so close to you and tea gardens are a treat to all the tea lovers. Lovely team and great hospitality specially during check in and check out time. Absolutely lovely to experience of the manufacturing of tea as well inside the tea estate.

We recently spent an incredible days at Misty Mountain Kuttikkanam with our family, and it was truly a vacation to remember! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The dining experiences were exceptional, with a diverse range of cuisines and dining settings to choose from. The resort's commitment to using locally sourced ingredients and supporting sustainable practices was impressive.
