We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The staff is incredible friendly and helpful . Lovely beach , nice food , lovely clean room . The location is incredible . Entertainment was nice we won bingo and pop quizz, and enjoy the Cretan dance night as well. We love overall experience .

What a fabulous hotel. The main amazing part of our stay is the staff at this hotel. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. A special mention to Rana in the restaurant who is always smiling and catered for me with my wheat free diet by bringing me wheat free bread and treats every breakfast and then the amazing chef would show me what I could eat every night. I cannot fault the food. Always a large selection and the evening meals were amazing . The hotel itself is clean and the rooms very comfortable with lovely beds and a good daily maid service. Another special mention goes to Johanna in the pool bar, always offering a great service with a smile. Last but not least the amazing animator Nico with his activity programme made us smile every day. He is such a great guy and works so hard to get everyone involved. We really enjoyed his music quiz night, highly recommend to all. His water aerobics made everyone smile and there were lots of laughs. He brings a great deal of energy and enthusiasm. An asset to the hotel. We will miss you all. Great stay and great hotel.

Hotel is very nice indeed but the people working there are just superb. Service is absolutely amazing, everything is clean and smiling faces welcome you every day. Will recommend to everyone. Special thanks to ladies in reception, staff in restaurant, bartenders and animation leader.. well literally everyone were just great and made this one of the best vacations I’ve had. Hope to return there one day :)

Very nice hotel, pleasant and friendly staff, good cuisine. Quiet beach with free umbrellas and sunbeds. There was a great "Greek evening", where even the director got involved. We will definitely repeat it again and recommend it. LIMO CZ

The hotel was clean, and most of the staff were really helpful and kind. There was enough comfortable sun-beds at the beach and at the pool area. I really enjoyed yoga classes :) Food was quite good but waiters were loudly speaking in their language, which made the experience less pleasant. Unfortunately in my room I’ve heard every single sound from the corridor and even rooms that were next to mine.

I highly recommend Tylissos Beach Hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful relaxing vacation in Ierapetra, Crete. I enjoyed the accommodation, the beach and the clear warm water with so many fish! The food was excellent (I put on 2 kgs!) and I also appreciated the work of the two young students who kept us busy in the evenings. I loved the Greek dances and songs! Our stay was made the moreso pleasant by the nice employees, especially bi Rania and her family!

Our 12 Day stay at Thylissos Beach Hotel (end of august- 11th of september) was excellent from all points of view. Comfortable room with nice private balcony, easy access to the fine and not crowded beach, a huge variety of foods at breakfast and dinner, all these made our stay pleasant, but, as we say în Romanian, it is mostly the people, not the place; everywhere you were met by smiling faces, whether at the reception desk, the restaurant or the swimming pool. We had nice evening programmes and were constantly asked our opinion. În conclusion, if you look for peace of mind, good accommodation, excellent team of helpful and enthusiastic employees, go for Thylissos Beach Hotel in Ierapetra!
