L’hotel està bé, tenint en comte que està lluny del centre; l’habitació està correcta però una aixeta del bany perd aigua. Encara van amb claus. L’entrada, bar i salons estan modernitzats, molt bona imatge.

Awful experience. When you go down for breakfast, you’ll find you can only choose one of the readymade sandwiches in the bar. If you ask them to make a different sandwich, they’ll refuse. They will give you a sandwich with rubbery bread and, if you ask them to please toast the bread because it's rubbery, they will also refuse. Having paid 100 € for a room without a fridge and with a faulty window, they will tell you that the prices are already very tight and that they can’t afford toasting the bread for you (!!!). Afterwards, you will write three emails asking for the manager's email in order to send a private complaint, and they won't even respond. Even paying 56 euros per night, I had never had such poor insulting service! We will never stay there again.

A hotel that is not worth what it costs. Quality of rest, a 0. If, as in our case, they give you the room next to the elevator, at 6-7 in the morning you can no longer sleep. Every time someone picks it up it's a noise that wakes you up. €75 per night for a half-renovated room, with old bathrooms. The attention of the staff and cleaning was good, but we think that the noise from the elevator is an unforgivable mistake. It is indicated “it has parking”, well it is a car battery in front of the hotel, outside.

Pasé mi infancia en la zona, así que vuelvo de vez en cuando. No hay muchas opciones, así que, a veces, venimos a este hotel. Pero este año hemos decidido que no vamos a volver. En las dos últimas ocasiones hemos visto cómo han pasado a priorizar el bar, ante los huéspedes del hotel. Muchas veces tienes que picar para que vengan a atenderte, y cuando lo hacen, es tarde y con mala cara. Tuve que entregar las llaves al marchar a una señora que ni me miraba a la cara, que estaba allí por casualidad, y que me soltó un resoplido en toda mi cara. Por cierto, el checking es a las 14h, ni se os ocurra pedir que os dejen entrar antes porque no lo harán jamás, aunque esté lloviendo intensamente, como fue nuestro caso. Lo único positivo, que es por lo que volvíamos, es la habitación que es amplia. Pero vamos a prescindir totalmente de volver.

Habitación grande y luminosa. Limpieza no muy buena había polvo por todos sitios y borlas de polvo por el suelo. El hotel es de la época de cuéntame y el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. El personal muy lento tanto al hacer el cHeking como el servir en la barra. Si tienes prisa ves con tiempo porque no se estresan. Ah y un poco de amabilidad se agradecería. Yo no volveré.

Hotel con historia. O lo que es lo mismo, un hotel con años ! Habitación grande y muy limpia , camas cómodas y atención del personal muy correcta .. ya si nos ponemos escrupulosos , que tenga baños del siglo pasado ,el aire acondicionado más ruidoso que un monocultor o una instalaciones de hace 50 años sin renovar pues claro , no ayuda para ponerle 5 estrellitas

Interesante propuesta en Igualada,. Teniendo en cuenta que la oferta hotelera cada vez es más ajustada y no hay, según en las fechas en las que vengas y teniendo en cuenta que estás Cataluña! el precio se dispara!. Hotel, más o menos antiguo con reformas en zonas comunes , camas muy cómodas, baño sencillo antiguo , pero muy servicial. Siempre que esté por la zona, volveré
