They put us in a room (165), where the heating plant was on the ceiling. Therefore, there were 24 hours of noise, the reception was notified, but nothing was done. There were several days without sleeping peacefully. When I made the reservation, I already knew that the cost of meals and snacks in the park were unreal, but I realized that you can take water, drinks and meals to the resort. Here's a tip. On the days we stayed, all the pools were open. Maintenance of these pools was apparently up to date, as we enjoyed each one a lot. At the resort's snack bar, the attendants seemed not to be aware of some of the prices of products they sell. I gave it an average rating, because for a resort of this size, guests could be treated better, with ethics, posture and consideration.
